BRAND NEW BEACH RAMP!

Located in the desirable Maravilla low-rise, “Casa Blanca” is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring stunning Gulf views and modern updates as of December 2022. The open-concept living area and kitchen create a spacious atmosphere, complemented by new furnishings, bedding, and decor. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, balcony access, and a TV, while the guest room has a queen bed, TV, and a furniture rack. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and blender, along with a full set of dishes and cookware. The dining area seats 7, and the unit includes a walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy three flat-screen TVs throughout.

Amenities include *seasonal beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs), two pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and a private beach. The condo had a great view of the beach. I loved that it was a pet friendly condo. We walked our dogs 4 times a day on the beach boardwalk across the street. We also walked to Pompano Joes for Happy Hour. Louise was very friendly & easy to communicate with.

Our stay was wonderful! Louise the host responds promptly to any question. Check in and out is a breeze. The property is very well maintained and the community is very friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The view of the beautiful gulf waters was amazing right out our windows. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony as well. Our dog enjoyed it too! Would highly recommend this place to stay in Sestin.

Best view of beautiful Emerald Coast and amazing sunrises & sunsets. Condo was beautifully furnished and close to several restaurants. The boardwalk and direct access to the beach are great especially with the new ramps. Definitely our favorite condos to stay in Miramar Beach!!
