Another guest below us/near us smoked marjiuana constantly making it very difficult to enjoy sitting outside. My grandchildren nicknamed your guest âthe skunkâ. We were unable to slide the LR/DR door open for access to the balcony. Maintenance was called Thursday afternoon but did not show until a 2nd request was made on Friday. He said after attempting his best to open it, Man it is really stuck. Let me go talk to my boss and I will be right back. He never returned. My 2 adult sons was eventually able to open on Saturday. The size of the condo represented by the pictures was very very deceptive, misleading. The living dining and kitchen area were extremely small for 10 people. The living room seating was for 5 people. The sleeper sofa was an absolute disaster to be advertised as a queen size bed. The coffee table was broken. A support brace fell off a dining table chair. The unit was advertised as a new updated condo. ALL THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN POTS AND PANS NEED REPLACED. The elevators doors closed too quickly and several guests hands were caught or almost caught. Pushing the doors open was extremely difficult. The view and the pool influenced the booking. Although to say there is 5 pools. Very misleading statement. The staff on the other end of the âhelpâ line were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They all deserve a raise. They are your best PR!! The cost of the unit against the âother costâ??? I think I paid more in âother costsâ than the unit cost. Thank you.
