We stayed at Maravilla for a week. The condo was nice, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is very convenient with restaurants and shops at walking distance, plus a lot more at a short drive distance. The ocean view is great and overall accommodations work well. Also being a dog friendly place it allows for full family vacations which was very important for us.

This place was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. Loved the decor and how it has been updated. Loved how you can see the ocean. It was so close and easy to walk to the beach. We took a break from the beach every day and spent it at the pool and then went back to the beach to the included beach chairs and umbrella. My family of six really enjoyed Maravilla and all of its amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location was absolutely perfect with everything we needed just a short walk or drive away. We love Maravilla! This is best view we’ve ever had in a Maravilla condo! Everything was wonderful! A couple minor things such as the ceiling fan in the den needed a new battery in the remote, so wasn’t working and the ice maker didn’t work but other than that it was fabulous!

Wonderful Beach Condo Experience

Property was nice and exceptionally clean! View of the gulf from the sliding glass door/windows in the living room is so relaxing. Bunk beds were perfect for our little kids. Beach service guys are awesome and makes it so easy to enjoy your time since you don’t have to carry stuff to the water and do much setup once you’re there. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

The rental is just as it appears in listing. It is just stunning. Ultra clean and stocked with great kitchen gadgets and top of the line appliances. This unit is top notch and organized. Beautiful view of the ocean and a nice patio set to eat outside or enjoy your morning beverages watching the ocean view. Second floor unit is easy to access and the walk to the beach is only a minute or two. Two pools were nice and the clubhouse is amazing. Pickleball courts, shuffle board are available s well. This unit is full of extra features and is just beautiful. We will definitely be back. Host is very responsive and has outdone themselves on this beautiful unit. We were so pleased and really hated to leave. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Weeklong beach trip

Great unit! Great view! Close to elevators! Quiet and easy to sleep. No parking issues. Easy walk to the beach. The only issue I have is there are no trash chutes and the trash has to be taken to the back of the property and we stayed at the front. Would definitely stay here again but only in building 2 for the view and the close walk to the beach.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The unit looks just like the pictures! Beautiful ocean view and a close walk to the beach/pool! The building is built well, so you do not hear your neighbors! We brought our dog and he had a great week as well meeting lots of human/canine friends! The beach chair and umbrella setup was great! Pro tip...... go down when they open right at 9:00 AM, so you get a good spot that is close to the beach access stairs.

First trip to Destin

My hubs son and I just had an amazing week at Miramar beach staying at the Maravilla. I was a little concerned never renting thru the internet before but everything was awesome. Condo newly updated and decorated beautifully, the master SHOWER IS THE BOMB, and the view of the ocean from the condo. All while having our dogs with us. Thank you so much for everything. My husband even said he’d like to return next year! I’m so looking forward to it.

Definitely Coming back!!!

We all absolutely loved this condo! Easy booking, check-in, and check-out. Cleanliness overall (linens, dishes, floors, furniture) all necessary cookware was there. AC worked perfectly. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Special thanks to the owner and property manager for allowing 3 small breed dogs on short notice. The distance to the beach is great because there is no public restroom at the beach. Also confusing how beach service reserves the umbrellas and lounges. We were instructed to tip them, but we did not receive great customer service from the boys. at the end of the day while there were many unoccupied lounges and umbrellas we were asked if we were done, while we were not done at the beach. I totally understand they work hard (but who does not?) and they want to go home as early as possible, but i wish they pick up all unoccupied umbrellas first before asking people to free the lounges. We loved the property and definitely will come back, just probably will go to a different beach.

The location was great but for the price I paid for the condo I was disappointed. People in the pool was drinking, smoking in the pool area, some had large umbrellas in the pool for shade I guess which was very dangerous to others. Too many floats in the pool. Would I stay here again, not for the price I paid.

45th anniversary trip

This was a beautiful property and very well maintained. Renee has some of her own artwork in the unit which is awesome. Loved it! The furniture was super comfortable and acquired with an eye toward beauty and still make it suitable for a beach condo while making it able to withstand many different types of guests. I would like to point out that the garage disposal did not appear to work. Maybe it just needs to be reset. And the TV in the main room was a real challenge to operate. But that may be just us. We would definitely rent from Renee again.

Perfect vacation!

It was a fabulous property. Super clean and had all of the amenities. We will for sure rent here again. This unit is the best location with the best view of the beach.
