There are public beach accesses at Pompano Joe's and the Whale's Tail. Both access points provide golf cart and vehicle parking. There are (2) umbrellas, (6) beach chairs, and a beach wagon located in the pool area of this home for you to use at the beach. Please remember to bring these items back from the beach with you; otherwise, they will be removed by the County if left overnight.
The Miramar Beach Public Beach Access at Pompano Joe's is a focal point for the Miramar Beach community, which offers something for everyone. From relaxation to activity, Miramar Beach has it all. The main public beach access is located next to Pompano Joeâs Seafood Restaurant and features free parking, restrooms and wash stations. There is also a public beach across the street from Seascape Resort at the Whale's Tail and a new public beach access across from Amalfi Coast condos, which includes restrooms and additional parking.

This rental was everything we were looking for. With a family of 20 with a variety of childrenâs ages, the property came with everything we needed. The property was clean, new and safe.
We had a great stay with 19 people (11 adults, 8 kids). We were pleasantly surprised by the house and rooms all being bigger than we thought they'd be based on the online pictures (which don't do them justice!). We had plenty of space for meals, seating, lounging and swimming! Our kids loved that the bunkbeds were very sturdy and not wobbly like in other rentals we've experienced. The kitchen hsd everything we needed for meals and the second fridge and wet bar area was clutch!!
Management was great, very attentive and allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which was very helpful and appreciated! Golf cart worked like a charm, beautiful neighborhood and property all around!
It's a shame you can only give 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, free of any broken items and just a wonderful place to stay. Normally the places i have stayed at that are comparable in rental rates dont have items as nice as this one does. The place was furnished with all samsung tvs, samsung fridges, dyson vacuum, pottery barn Blankets just to name a few things. Will definitely return next season.
The house was excellent! Nice accommodations, well equipped to cook, pool and hot tub was great. Complaint -this house is in the back of the Frangista neighborhood, and you do not get access to the private beach. You have to go down to the public beach access which is very crowded and busy. Also, if you stay at this property the owner comes by constantly and if you have one too many cars at the unit, he notifies Security to come by and they leave a ticket. On Wednesday, I got a text from the property manager saying "There is 1 car parked on the street and a Ford 150 that is sticking out of the driveway onto the street. The owner drove by and would like those cars removed." This started the very first day while we were unloading and occurred every day. We had 20 people, 5 cars parked in the driveway. This means no one else can come to the unit in their car and park while visiting. This house has nothing but woods on one side and the sidewalk ends. One car that parked by the woods from a visitor, was ticketed and asked to leave. It did not block access, did not block traffic because it's a cul-de-sac, and other than their "rules" would not affect anything. Basically, you pay over $1K/night to get micro-managed constantly about the neighborhood "rules" by the property owner. I will not return to this unit in the future. I will give kudos to Hector and William at Frangista Beach Properties for their communication and help in the booking process and during out stay.
We were the very first guest to stay in this place and William and his team did not disappoint. Everything we needed was there and they were great at communicating with us. The place was immaculate, pool was a huge it for the kids. The bikes and golf cart are a must for this area. Definitely will go back.
