Summary:

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome includes: Two floors of living space with three outdoor areas to relax (Two private balconies and a back porch with a grill).



The Space:

The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.



The second floor: A master bedroom with a king size bed, a twin-size bed with an additional twin size trundle bed pullout, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds (child size) are located in the hallway outside this room. A third bedroom with a queen size bed, full size bathroom with shared hallway access, and a private balcony.



Guest Access:

Parking: Three parking passes issued for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to park at the property.



The Neighborhood:

Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Guests of Miramar Beach Villas have easy access to the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico via the private beach access just a short walk away. Relax after a day at the beach with a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets, or venture out to one of the many restaurants located close by. The nearby Whale's Tail restaurant is a family favorite within walking distance. Miramar Beach offers many restaurants, local attractions, shopping malls, and sporting activities for the whole family.



Getting Around:

There is a private community pool and the walk to the beach is a just 3 minutes.

Great pick for a fun filled family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes. The pool area was well kept and had plenty of seating, a shower, a women’s restroom, and a men’s restroom. The set up with three beds/baths as well as a bunk bed nook allowed our family to have their own privacy. I wish we could have sat down to watch a movie all together but there is only seating for 5 on the couch. There is enough seating if you include the kitchen table and bar area but sitting there and watching a movie isn’t the most comfortable. We were also told we would have a “stocked“ coffee bar but there was no coffee upon arrival. The advertised jetted tub was not working which was a disappointment. Overall our family really enjoyed this rental and would love to stay again when we are ready to return to Destin!

Everyone had a great time here. Love how we were able to walk to the beach and that it had private beach access. The a/c worked extremely well, the kitchen was stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and there were plenty of beach towels for everyone.

Gorgeous condo

Easy to get to condo, beautiful styling, great space with room for everyone to spread out. Perfect kitchen with everything you could need. If you cook you're 10 mins from grocery stores. Only issue is that the jet tub wasn't working. Highly recommend. Beach right across the street.

Just perfect for family

We stayed here for a family trip to Destin. Everything about this property was amazing. The location was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was nice and clean. We just had to cross the road to get to the amazing beach.

Great location, good amenities, clean and easy to communicate with. The only suggestion i would make it to potentially add additional beach chairs for guests to use. We have rented another house in this complex and they provided two chairs and an umbrella with the rental which was wonderful.

Great place and close to the beach!

My family (3 teenagers, my husband and I) stayed for 6 nights. It was very cute, spacious, excellent location (close to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk). Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, WiFi, smart tvs. Close to tons of restaurants, Door Dash even delivers! Cute back porch lounge area, relaxing and partially secluded. Great communication with property manager. Highly Recommend!

Great experience!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, well-stocked, and adjacent to many local eateries, shopping, and other amenities. It was a very short (2-3 minute) walk to the beautiful beach and the pool was also a big hit with our kids. The property owner was also most helpful and accommodating. She quickly responded to our questions and even checked in with us to make sure our group was safe and the property was undamaged after a storm rolled through the region. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great location, beautiful place

The house has everything you need, appliances, plenty of towels, great space for a group of 10 (we were 5 kids and 5 adults) nicely decorated. The pool we didn't like since it looked like had some mold around the edges. The beach is so close, and we love the area, quite, not a lot of people, and has showers to rinse the sand.
