Just perfect

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen being outfitted with full-size appliances is some of the best parts. The area offers everything you need for a short drive and even walking distance restaurants. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

Great place overlooking the lake

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was within walking distance. The place was clean, the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and the pool was right outside the front door. We will definitely be back.

Great location for our needs.The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable.The bed could be better.A few items could be added to the kitchen like, a kettle, a casserole dish or two, place mats. Scatter mats in the bathroom are a slip/trip hazard. Overall a great spot to put up your feet and relax.

Great condo, could be cleaner

Overall, the condo worked out well. Check in and out was easy and communication was great. The main issue for us was the overall cleanliness of the condo. The floor in particular was very dirty, our feet were completely black after only a few minutes of walking around. The rugs and bathmats were also not very clean. Having a toddler who spends a lot of time on the floor, this was extra concerning. We have stayed in several other seascape properties over the years, loved the location on the lake, and we would have considered staying here again if not for the cleanliness issues.

Disappointed!

While the location is great as it concerns the beach, the condo is not great. We had to wear flip flops in the condo as our feet turned black due to the lack of cleanliness of the floors. The furniture is lacking any support and is very uncomfortable. The mattress is old and worn out as is the bed springs. I could not get out of bed without waking my wife as they creaked extremely loudly. We were notified that we would have to purchase toilet paper as they left only two very small rolls for six days. However, the notification only came the day before checking with the entry and WiFi codes. This is something that should be noted in the site so one can prepare properly. The cable remote didn’t work so we’re expected to wait around for the local cable guy to come. This is something the maintenance people should address after every customer leaves. The water is very small so the second person showering will only get Luke warm water at best. Will never rent this again nor would I recommend it!

Two main problems

1. The patio door would not lock. We reported it but nothing happened. Finally, my husband bought a screwdriver (there were no tools available) and fixed the problem. I felt unsafe having the door unlocked. 2. The bedroom closet housed the ironing board
it would not collapse so we managed to use it to lay pieces of clothing on top of the ironing board. The location was great and we had good weather. We enjoyed our stay even with the problems.
