Welcome to "Nautical Dunes!" You and your guests will love this condo, just steps from the beautiful Miramar beaches! This centrally located condo, is just minutes from all the local hotspots and features a wealth of amenities and activities for all ages; i.e. private beach access, tennis, hot tubs, pools, basketball courts, horseshoe, kids play set, picnic tables, etc. Escape to this beautiful property with lighted walking paths that weave through pools, a lake, and natural landscape.

Walk into this nautically inspired condo, with unique touches that will have you sailing away to a place of relaxation and good times. With plenty of comfortable seating for families or couples and stunning views of the beautiful Miramar beaches. Walk out to the private balcony and have your coffee or sit back and people watch. At night unwind with a drink and take a dip in one of the many pools or hot tubs. Cook like a pro in this fully stocked kitchen or grill out at one of the many grilling areas on property. The condo has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two Double beds. There is also a Queen sleeper in the living area. There are two full baths and plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out and enjoy your time at Nautical Dunes!

Paula’s place was clean, quiet and fully stocked with everything you’d need. Comfy bed and beautiful view from the balcony and bedroom. It was a spacious condo at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rental! Loved having some things stocked already for cooking; had creole seasoning, olive oil, coffee filters, and more. The location was great; short walk to the beach and not overly crowded because it wasn't surrounded by other big condos.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Perfect view of ocean and beach. Paula couldn't have been more helpful.....even came over one evening to show us how to navigate TV remotes as we are very technically challenged.
