Emerald Palace is a luxurious stunner in the gated Emerald Shores community in Miramar Beach, Florida. This green, Spanish-tile roof home is a perfect friend or family getaway. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps eight guests.

Inside of this palm-flanked beauty, you’ll find an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and luxurious walnut cabinetry in the kitchen. New updated leather furniture enhance the home’s beachy opulence. The open floor plan and wide, arched entryways are what truly makes this home feel like a coastal palace.

Emerald Palace is a single story home. There’s a master bedroom outfitted with a king bed and an en suite master bath with a jetted tub, separate shower stall, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed, and the second guest room, a queen. The sleeper sofa in the main living room pulls out into a comfortable bed allowing for up to eight guests to stay in the home.

Guests at Emerald Palace enjoy all of the amenities and conveniences afforded by the Emerald Shores community including two private community pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and basketball. During peak season from May 25 to August 5, the beach trolly will take you the few blocks to the Emerald Shores private beach pavilion, which has picnic tables, restrooms, wagon parking, and a tiki bar for your enjoyment.

Within walking distance of Emerald Shores are several popular local restaurants including Pompano Joe’s Seafood, Captain Dave’s on the Gulf, Kenny’s Oyster Palace, and so much more. Very nice house and area. Incredibly quick response from the Owners/Property Manager. The only miscommunication was about the beach chairs/umbrellas available at the beach. I thought they were included with the rental but they were extra. The house has some beach chairs and umbrellas you can take and use on the beach but you need to set them up outside the rental umbrellas/chairs area. Basically right next to them. Really no big deal. The other thing to know is there are no spices in the house.

This house looks just like the pictures! So if you love the pictures you’ll love the house. We were very pleased with the house and loved the gated community. The house is very close to the community pool and you have a straight shot to the beach, which is just a short, enjoyable walk. We would definitely stay there again!

Love the neighborhood!!

We have previously stayed at one of the house in the neighborhood where the house is located and we love the friendliest of the other people. The house was also absolutely beautiful. Great walking distance to the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Now THIS is Vacation

Absolute oasis- beautiful, spacious one level home that puts you in mind of a tropical getaway! You are 30 second walk from one pool and a 2 minute walk to the other. The private beach entrance is about 2.5 blocks away but it’s a straight walk. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely home to rent!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property with our family of 6 on our travel to Miramar for a family wedding. It was very clean and spacious for 6 of us. The location was great! We also enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful beach. Only two suggestions would be to include an air freshener in the welcome pack ( everything else was very useful). The house may have been closed for a while and needed a bit of fresh air. Also, the futon was broken when we arrived - which we reported- but it needs fixed. We didn’t need it for sleeping or sitting so it wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Miramar!! Thank you!

We had a great time. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, we had no issues during our stay. There was a bottle stuck in garbage disposal, be we removed that with no problem. The only issue we really had was not being able to connect to wifi, but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall Great Experience

This is a great location to the beach! We really enjoyed the ease of catching the golf cart shuttle to and from the beach everyday we were there (even with our wagon that contained all of our beach supplies). Additionally, having private access to the beach was definitely a plus. The only “downside” was the kitchen supplies felt very hodgepodged together - like it was supplies the original homeowners or previous guests didn’t want anymore. Also, the house is a little outdated, but the beds and linens were great! Be sure to read the “check in guidelines” on the app - you have to pick up the arm bands to access the beach and pool. There are no details on where to find the pick up location (which is in the cabana on the beach with the sign “Emerald Shores” - NOT in the neighborhood). Also, the fee is $30 CASH - the app says $20. Highly recommend this place!
