This condo has been totally redone! Entire condo has been repainted ! It has all NEW cabinets, countertops, appliances, vanities, flooring, lighting & New family room furniture! Book now you won’t be disappointed.

As soon as you enter the private courtyard, with its new brick pavers, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house. It is beautifully renovated and is conveyed with all new furnishings . The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the 40'' flat screen television with WiFi.

Add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk has it all! The second floor has two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.
Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite counter tops, NEW cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor!
Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio and enjoy some outdoor cooking with your very own GRILL. The beautiful view overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa.

The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk or a 3 minute ride on your complimentary golf cart, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a short walk from the villa.
The family room has a QUEEN sleeper sofa! The back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view. There is also a conveniently located half bathroom downstairs.

Location & Amenities!

Spacious Villa away from busy Baytowne area. Close to golf, beach, and Hwy 98 tunnel to bayside. Villa is older but nicely updated and clean during our visit. Golf Cart was a bit slow (12 mph) but was nice to have to get around grounds. Will be back!

Awesome Stay in Sandestin!

We had a great stay at this property for a long weekend. The owner was very responsive via text and allowed us to check in early resulting in more beach time. He also quickly addressed a silverware shortage by dropping off some additional forks. The golf cart was a huge plus and the beach was accurately advertised as only three minutes away. We also took the cart to Baytown Wharf which is 10-15 min under the tunnel. It was a ton of fun! The home is in good condition for its age with some expected wear and tear. Just don’t expect perfection. Overall, it was a good value for the location and I highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was safe, clean and accessible. Golf cart was a great addition. Our older teens were able to feel more independent and safe getting around resort. Easy access for gulf and bay to enjoy the water and numerous activities. We will definitely return here again.

Great location

This house was the perfect size for my family of 3. The golf cart was awesome to have! Parked the car and never had to use it again. Very close to the community pool, just a min ride away or a 2 min walk across the bridge. Neighborhood was nice and quiet at night. A great stay!

Great area. The manager was very responsive when we contacted him. The property was a bit more run down than the pictures looked. It had been empty for a few weeks before we arrived. There was dirt on the floor near the doors as if water had been in there. The front and back porch / patio areas needed to be swept and cleaned off. Terrible smell in the primary bathroom upstairs. Not sure what it was. Quiet complex. Great pool area. Very close to shopping, dining, beach, pool, etc. Golf cart was a really nice perk.

Location!

Sandestin is a large resort on both sides of the highway. However, this townhome was in the perfect location, especially with the golf cart provided. So park your car and forget it. Start and end your day at Maple Street Biscuit Company and Ben & Jerry’s which are literally 2 minutes away. Then hang at the absolutely beautiful beach only 5 minutes away. Later take the golf cart to the other side to Baytown Wharf or off resort to the Grand Boulevard for numerous great shops and restaurants. Perfect week, nice little townhouse for the family.

Birthday getaway

We are local to just Pensacola about 1hr away and enjoy coming over to this area of the beach for mini getaways. This time we chose a unit off the beach and it was a great choice. We really enjoyed the location, the golf cart to use to get around to Baytowne, the unit was very clean, nicely decorated and over looked a nice little lake. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Had a very easy checkin without any issues- never had to contact property manager ! Had everything we needed .. kids had a blast and the golf cart is what makes this place great ! We love Baytowne area and have been many times and this was worth it to have the golfcart included - made for taking kids out the pool beach food games etc .. soo much easier ! Never had to buckle them up or get sand in my car !!

We try to come to sandestin yearly and we always stay in the Beachwalk villas. We had an amazing time as always! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to all questions. Nice Time

The property chosen was last minute fishing getaway for my mom’s birthday. She usually rents a property a few miles from this one. She complained the whole way about the other house being rented UNTIL she opeothe door. She was very pleased! It was only a few of us, but could have brought the family as it was very spacious, and my mom walked just a few feet away and fished to her heart’s content. Great area, great views (deer were right at the door one morning ) very beautiful and relaxing. Had to leave a bit early, but well worth granting a birthday wish!

You get what you pay for

We own in Beachwalk but our place was already booked for this week. We wanted to stay in the same area so found this place at a decent price. It was a good lesson for me and confirmation why I charge more for my place than others. While it was sufficient, there were no updates on this unit in the bathrooms, decor and furniture. Kitchen was sufficient. It could have used a freshening up as far as cleanliness goes. If those things don’t matter to you and your family, this is a good selection for you. Location is great. No problems with golfcart either. Check in and out instructions were clear as well.

We had a great time! The view out the glass patio doors was beautiful: pond, bridge, fountain. Golf cart was very convenient and the beach was a two min drive away. Condo was very comfortable and clean.

AMAZING STAY!!

So this was me & my families first time staying in FL that was not a condo right on the beach..BUT let me tell you it was the BEST place to stay! The beach was literally a 3 minutes golf cart ride away on top of all the other amenities within the resort. The golf cart was definitely a plus. We literally parked our car & did not get back in it until our last day (to do some final shopping outside of the resort). We were able to enjoy shopping inside the resort & all the restaurants. There was a Publix that was right inside the resort along with going to Baytown Wharf for some fun with our 4 & 13 year old. The community was quite & pleasantly nice. The owner communicated every step of the away, we had NO issues during our stay so we didn’t have to reach a lot. The unit was clean, nice & everything we expected!! We will definitely be staying her again!!
