The open concept living area has ample seating equipped with a sleeper sofa which can conveniently provide additional space for more guests and or grandchildren. The living room also features a new 65’ TV for you to catch up on your favorite Netflix series or movie of your choice.

Backyard Patio | The living room overlooks lakefront views which can also be enjoyed by your private patio equipped with a personal grill. A picturesque way to rejuvenate while you enjoy your coffee or tea as the sun rises or whip up a delectable BBQ to enjoy with family and friends.

Kitchen & Dining Area | Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and full kitchen; it has been equipped with stainless steel appliances, kitchen essentials such cookware, tableware and glassware. You will also find the washer/dryer to make your stay more comfortable.

Bedrooms | On the second floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms decorated with charming beachy decor. The house was beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the lake/pond. The location was perfect-close to the beach, pool, and other amenities while also being quiet and peaceful! We loved the golf cart!! There were only a couple of negatives: The temperature was set to 72 with a sign asking not to lower it. While the downstairs was mostly tolerable, it was very warm upstairs, making it difficult to sleep. We appreciated the box fans available in the unit, but they were not enough. The unit was clean and fresh but the kitchen cabinet doors could use a good cleaning and the primary bathroom toilet seat is badly stained. All-in-all, we would definitely stay there again—just not in the summer!

The unit is exceptionally clean! The host is very detail oriented and provides excellent guidance. The unit is conveniently located by a wonderful pool. The golf cart is an amazing bonus for rides to the beach and to Nightly entertainment and dining. The beds are extremely comfy! Having a washer and dryer in The unit was very helpful.

Wonderful location

The location was beautiful with the lake outside, the golf cart was a huge bonus, and decor was minimal and lovely. The issues we had were that the upstairs air did not put out enough to keep cool. We ended up having to sleep downstairs on the couches the whole week. We also noticed immediately that the unit was definitely not “deep” cleaned. We felt sand on the floor with bare feet upon arrival, and noticed the lamps were very dusty, and the bathroom downstairs and guest bathroom were not deep cleaned well at all. Lastly I would recommend changing the stained toilet seat upstairs. If these things wouldn’t bother you, then I would recommend because all else was perfect and the communication was wonderful. The host even allowed us to check in a little early.

A lot included

Great price and awesome community with a lot included. The pool is right across the lake and the bridge to it is brand new as of april 2025. The beach is reqlly just a couple minute ride in the gilf cart. There was live music amd bonfire near the tennis courts and puttputt.
