Hop on the resort tram and enjoy effortless access to beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment without ever needing to move your car.

This peaceful retreat offers the perfect balance—tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin while keeping you close to all the area’s attractions. Spanning 2,000 sq. ft., this private townhome features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families or groups.

Step inside to find an open, airy floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a bayfront living room that showcases sparkling water views. Beautiful town house! Very clean and updated. Great views of the bay. Perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the water. The neighbors were very friendly. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again!

Only one problem

When I rented the place, one of the main reasons for choosing the property was the golf cart. I was told the day I was to check in, that the golf cart was not available due to needing repairs. I was also told that we would be reimbursed after the trip for no golf cart. I came home on the 17th, and still no money has been added back to my account. I can’t find an email about this issue either.

Vacay by the bay

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the bay view, the golf cart, beach chairs, and beach toys. We spent several nights playing family games at the kitchen table while enjoying the incredible view. The location was perfect, 5 min golf cart ride to The Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. The location was quiet and relaxing. I do think they could have supplied some spices for cooking, extra trash bags, and extra dishwasher tabs. However, when reaching out via email for more trash bags, they responded quickly and brought some over later that day. It also wasn't very clear what pools we had access to, but once I reached out via email they responded quickly. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Great place

We come to Florida every year and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The home itself was stocked with everything and absolutely beautiful. The view of the bay out of the windows was breathtaking and the bay was full of fish. The golf cart was great to get around the property in. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come again!

Our stay was perfect. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and very clean which made our stay so pleasant. The backyard water views were so peaceful. We have made Sandestin a yearly escape place and 966 Northshore has ranked to the top as a place to stay. The golf cart was one of the nicest one that we have had. The daily xplorie activities were a plus as well.
