Our stay at Oasis

The place was good. It actually exceeded our expectations except the washer and dryers that were not working.They were fixed a few times but it still didn't work.We had to dry our stuff at the balcony although they had said not to do that but that's the only way we could dry our towels. Kevin was great to respond to questions so communication was excellent.The Parking was awesome and close to the elevator. One the beds had sand upon arrival. The hot tub was timed and was even turned off when we were in it. I feel kids should be allowed in hot tub. Beach access was excellent.

Great Location!

Really nice layout of the Condo and decorated very well to get you in the vacation mode! The designated parking space couldn't be better. Right out from the elevators and in the shade most of the morning and later in the day. Convenient walking distance to the beach. The "post-beach" hose-down area was very welcome after a day in the water and sand. It was wonderful to have the provided, foldable wagon to transport everything to the beach and back. The emerald-colored water and the whitest, soft sand made for a wonderful beach experience. Later in the afternoon, the tide went out and provided us with a flat sandbar to play on for hours. Shopping and restaurants a short walk or drive from this location. Great experience!

Location!!! Pros and Cons

Location makes this condo worth it! Such an easy walk to the beach. Pros: Location, comfy beds, beautiful decor, very spacious, Cons: Could have been cleaner upon arrival. Lots of sand on floor and in showers. Lots of crumbs in fold out couch. The dryer did not work. The biggest CON is the noise coming from neighboring condos - especially the condo above you. Walls are paper thin. We heard a small child run laps above us well into the early morning. *I did NOT report any of our issues to the property manager. Our issues were minor and I am not a fan of cleaning services/maintenance visiting during our vacation unless it’s an emergency. Overall, would stay here again and just bring ear plugs! Lol.
