Mainsail will be doing a tennis court restoration project during the months of April and May. This means that the tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and fitness center will not be available during this time. Parking will also be affected but there will still be parking on the premises. For this reason I am offering discounts for those who would still like to enjoy the beach, beach chairs and swimming pools on site.

Welcome to Mom’s Place, our sixth-floor, Gulf-front retreat at Mainsail Condominiums, a beautifully maintained and 24-hour gated resort community. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers direct, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, a private balcony, and everything you need for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

We had a great time staying here! Perfect location for us and beautiful view from the balcony. The beach is easily accessible and was not super crowded. Love that beach service is included!! There are also more chairs in a closet along with some beach toys. I will definitely recommend this unit to others & we hope to go back!

We had a great stay! The condo is right on the beach and the balcony views are amazing. Having beach service chairs was great, no hauling chairs and umbrellas! The condo is not the most updated vacation rental we have stayed at but it had everything we needed.

Family Spring Break

Pam was a responsive host and has a true love of this condo. The condo met my family of five’s needs. Our favorite part were the two sliders and balcony off the main living area and master allowing us to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The large open main living area with large dining table and roomy bedrooms accommodated our needs. We appreciated the short walk between the pool and beach with beachside chairs and umbrellas. The couple issues we had, we addressed with the host and had resolution. Though could use a bit of updating, the feel of the condo and complex was private and gated with location near shopping and restaurants that met our needs.

Summer Family Vacation

Well stocked condo with nice view of the ocean. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Beach service was a plus. Pool, hot tub, grills, fitness center and gaming center were located close to condo and made our stay very enjoyable!

The condo & unit were older, but the owner was extremely nice & quick to answer questions. Seating in living room was GREAT, large L-shaped couch & 2 chairs were all comfortable & gave plenty of space for relaxing. View of the gulf was great! Showers were a little slow to drain & master bath curtain was a little dirty, but overall a great stay.

Great 4th of July Week

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was great and we were able to see so many fireworks on the 4th of July just by walking down to the beach (which is a very easy walk by the way). The kitchen is also well stocked and there is plenty of room for everyone in the den.

Rental process and check in very organized and simple. Property as described. Clean and stocked with general amenities. Beautiful view with balcony access from master bedroom and living area. Quiet family oriented property. My only negative would be not enough parking. Several occasions we had to drive around basically waiting for someone to pull out. Would recommend to others and would rent this property again.

Only complaint we had was the building needed a water line repair, which caused a day without water. Made the best of the situation. Never heard from the owner about the issue. Little disappointed.

This property was very nice, parking wasn’t the most desirable aspect as the guest parking is cramped with many vehicles lots of vacant “owner” parking areas. Everything else about the condo was perfect would definitely recommend.

What a view!!

Amazing property right on the beach with an incredible view from the balcony. The condo was roomy and nicely furnished. Lots of amenities that make a beach vacation great. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with the condo rental (a beach attendant puts them out every day) Such a convenience not having to lug that stuff to the beach. (BYO beach towels as they are not included at the rental) . There are extra chairs and umbrella in the condo along with boogie boards and beach toys. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and appliances (keurig and regular coffee maker) and having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing!! The king size bed in the master was very comfortable and the twin beds in the guest room can be pushed together to make a double. Overall we had a great time at this beach condo and would definitely come again!
