Accommodations feature a King master suite with an en-suite bathroom, a King bedroom, and a bedroom with dual Twin bunk beds that share a bathroom. Relax on the covered porch, perfect for grilling and swimming in the pool. Plenty of parking is available in both the garage and driveway. Situated in the vibrant heart of Miramar Beach, Pelican Shores is encircled by an array of dining and shopping options.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.

*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.
