Seabreeze is perfect for your next beach vacation! Three bedrooms and three baths sleeping 12. This home has been professionally designed with an abundance of upgrades including polished concrete floors, wood-planked walls and a gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and Cambria quartz countertops.

There is plenty of space for everyone in Seabreeze! Relax and enjoy two separate living areas as well as an indoor and outdoor dining area. Enjoy the sea breezes as you dine outdoors on the patio under the arbor with cafe lights. There are two outdoor areas for grilling or watching the kids splish-splash in the pool! The private pool is 10 feet by 20 feet (POOL CANNOT BE HEATED).

Awesome getaway!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. Nice backyard and pool for lounging. Enjoyed the front patio as well. The location of the property was excellent in relation to the beach and main road. Was a relaxing week. We’re ready to come back for another vacation.

Could use new furniture.

This property was adequate with the exception of front lounging space, the outdoor fake wicker furniture was not usable. The living room furniture should also be replaced, very uncomfortable. On a positive note the space was great and proximity to beach and shopping was good. I would use this rental again for sure if the furniture was replaced and perhaps a recliner or two was added. Also there is something living in the attic, probably a raccoon, the soffit was pulled down and we could hear something up there early morning like between 2-4am.

Just a few blocks to beach and a great store to get clothes and beach stuff too!

The house was great! Pool is not heated, but is plenty warm. The master bedroom was great, bed very comfy. The bedroom with the 2 queens was ok, both beds squeek alot and the shower is very small. We didnt use the 3 rd bedroom. Kitchen was great. The pool area is very nice, but be careful not to walk on “grass” by the door with bare feet, it has pokey things in it. The front patio area worked very well for barbequing, eating and lounging, a great place for morning coffee.

Nice house, very close to the beach

House was clean, big, was able to accommodate 6 people very comfortably. I imagine it could accommodate even more. Pool is just the right size. Big refrigerator. Stocked with plates and bowls. They provide a good amount of toiletries and paper towels. Dish towels are also provided. There is a good bit of pool floats / boogie boards and stuff in one of the closets. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent location, easy walk to the beach, quaint little beach house and perfect for what we needed. Loved the pool. Only reason that I didn't give a five star review was because of the furniture in the living. It is getting old, uncomfortable, tired and a little dirty.

Great location

Beautiful home and great location! On arrival our home was also very clean. Short walk to the beach and communication with home owners was great. Only complaint we have is the house tended to stay very warm despite having the air set to 68, the air never was below 74 our entire trip. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable as well. Other than the A/C and a few furniture upgrades that are needed the house was great and would highly recommend.

Charming home, lovely stay

We had a wonderful week at Seabreeze! It was the perfect size and set up for my husband and I , 2 teenagers and 2 little dogs. The home clean and well furnished. I was concerned that the neighborhood might be noisy, but it wasn’t a problem at all. Check in was all done through an app, and was as easy as could be. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and close to shopping and restaurants. I do wish the pool could have been heated. I would have gladly paid a surcharge for it.

Great time

The only issues we had were that the pool filter wasn’t working but that was addressed. And the A/C was not good. Only the master bedroom felt cool and people in other rooms had trouble sleeping because it was too hot. Overall a great location. The owner should consider getting a golf cart to rent with the property

Great stay

We loved our stay here. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photo-we thought it was a full size pool. However it's super close to the beautiful beach, and the house was clean and well stocked. Lots of room and very comfy!

Fun family vacation

Seabreeze was the perfect size for five adults and one infant. Because of the baby we spent most of our time in the pool, but the beach was just a short walk and easy to access. Coffee, ice cream and pizza were all within short walking distance. We were within ten minutes driving distance from many good restaurants. The house was clean and had some nice updates. The property management team checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will book with Frangista properties again.

Our

The house was so hot the whole time we were there. Never cooked lower than 78 degrees. There were huge ants in the house all over. My husband aught an infection due tia bite, don’t know if it was from in the house or beach but it was a bite. We saw a few small spiders as well. We left a day early and we’re not given a refund even after explaining my husband was admitted to hospital due to infection.

Very close to the beach and pompano joes. The backyard was private with pretty palm trees. Would stay there again
