Located in the heart of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, just steps away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf!! This Lasata unit is positioned perfectly for your next getaway to Sandestin!

Located on the ground floor of the Lasata building, this beautiful studio offers a view of the lush greenery at Sandestin and is steps away from the Baytowne Conference Center and the exciting Village of Baytowne Wharf! This unit features 2 arms chairs, 2 queen beds, a large flat screen TV, and kitchenette complete with a mini fridge, microwave, traditional drip-style coffee maker, and toaster. The 2 barstools at the counter-style table offer additional seating. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

Our goal is to put a smile on your face and a twinkle in your eye. That’s why we host plenty of special events, festivals, and entertainers annually, as well as offers some of the finest Destin Florida shopping and nightlife options in our own Village of Baytowne Wharf. Sandestin is home to more than 30 world-class shops and specialty boutiques offering colorful choices, local treasures, and unique gifts. Combine that with more than a dozen restaurants and eateries and you have a winning combination.

This property is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?

**The Grand Sandestin pool deck will be closed for renovation from December 10, 2023 to January 15, 2024. Hotel room on busy resort

First time getting a VRBO and finding out its really a hotel room on a resort property. Resort was nice enough but so packed with people, traffic and parking horrendous and all the amenities were very crowded (except the typical hotel gym in main building which was empty). Hotel staff all very nice, and the grounds beautiful and liked being able to walk to restaurants so that was best part. Room was nothing special at all. One chair very stained. Again, just a typical hotel room. It was okay.

For a smoother arrival

It would have been helpful upon arrival to know which enternece had the welcome building for check in. It was very confusing as we drove in to two separate entrances where only the second entrance guard knew where to direct us.
