NEW Golf Cart, Walk to the Beach and Pool, Golf Course and Lake Views

Located within walking distance to the beach, Tivoli by the Sea is one of the most luxurious vacation spots at the Resort. White stucco villas topped with clay tile roofs enhance the Mediterranean appeal of the Tivoli by the Sea enclave. Guests will enjoy all that the Resort has to offer while staying at Tivoli.

Tivoli #5226 is perfectly situated with lovely lakeside and golf course views. The screened patio invites you to sit awhile and enjoy a cup of coffee and beach breezes. The decor is tasteful, warm and cozy with neutral ceramic tile throughout and spa blue coastal tones. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home including a Ninja Coffee System. There is a bistro table that seats two, and a dining table that seats six.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed and leads to a custom tiled master bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a third twin bed located in the bonus alcove. Both bathrooms have been updated with decorative tile and walk in showers. For unexpected guests, there is a new queen sleeper sofa. This property accommodates seven guests comfortably.

Spend some time lounging at the private Tivoli pool with its sparkling blue water. The pool is heated seasonably at the discretion of HOA. Hop on the golf cart and spin on over to the beach to enjoy the pristine white sand and emerald waters. Complimentary tram service will take you directly to the Village at Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife. Grand Boulevard and the Market Shops are both located just outside the resort gates and provide access to more shopping boutiques, dining and entertainment. The Resort features miles of sandy white beaches set against emerald waters, four championship golf courses, a tennis center with 15 courts, a full marina, and a fitness center and spa, jogging and walking paths, and much more.

We have stayed in the area many times, the first time in this condo. This condo is best for small families. The extra bedroom beds are not adult size, twin beds. To difficult to sleep in extra bedroom as there is no ventilation, gets stuffy in there in summer.

Great!!! Would definitely stay again, the only reason why I didn’t give it a five was because of the construction that was going on with the property above our as a result not being able to access our patio. But communication was 100% and the property manager was very understanding

I liked the property a lot. Really good layout and golf cart very convenient and needed, however if y’all come in a group of 6 the golf cart is only for 4 passengers, so two trips or tram choice . I have no complaints, everything well stuck and property was clean. Huge place, get familiar with the area and that will make everything easier. We had a little bit of a challenge getting around the first day. The only situation we faced, was the parking space. No assigned parking space, first come first serve, but at this time of the year it was not full, so we parked at the next set of buildings and it worked for us. We were never able to park in front of the apartments

Great spot

This was our second time staying in the Tivoli area and in our opinion it’s the best location within Sandestin. The unit was spotless, having the golf cart was key, and walking out onto the golf course off the patio was really fun for our young son.

Lovely resort

Great location and wonderful rental with all the amenities we could ask for. Loved the ease of check-in, and loved the condo that we stayed in for a week. The resort is beautiful with easy access to the beach, a golf cart for getting around and bike and walking trails that made for a perfect stay.

Overnight accommodations with short notice

We ended up being placed in this property for one night while a leak was being fixed in our condo. The villa is really nice and spacious. The view of the golf course is great and being located on the ground floor has its perks. Having our vehicle and a golf cart just outside the door was extremely convenient. If you don't require the ocean view then this property is perfect and only about a 2 minute drive to the beach.

Great trip

We’ve stayed in the area 3 times now and love it. This was a nice condo. Property manager, Denise, was quick to address any issues and helped with some recommendations for airport transportation. Close to beach and golf cart was perfect to get around the area. The only thing I’d fair warn future renters is there is only one dish towel and only one small bar of soap for each bathroom (none for shower). Guest bedroom could use a luggage rack. With that said, they did have beach chairs to use for the beach, which was very nice and had anything else we could possibly need. Great place. Would rent again.

Girlfriends getaway

Very nice rental property and great location. Nice to have use of golf cart; golf cart is a tad bit worn and wasn’t covered and should have been. Bonus room wasn’t cleaned; housekeeping stated that it was an oversight as a new housekeeper was assigned to clean the villa and missed it. It is easy to miss as it is a small closet made into extra sleeping quarters. Called and it was handled within the hour. Otherwise , everything was great! I’d rent from the owner again.
