This place is perfect for big families! Our family really enjoyed this New years get away! Each room was a retreat with very comfortable beds and private bathrooms! Each floor was spacious and felt like home away from home! We also loved the common activity area!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This was a family vacation for 14 family members and this location was perfect. There are 5 king size beds in very large bedrooms with a private bath in each one. We did have a small issue with the golf cart but the response time to get it corrected was very quick and they even supplied us with a replacement until ours was repaired. Convenient beach access, with the golf cart, and very close to the public restroom. The pool is right in front of this location so that was a very short walk to the pool. I highly recommend this location for a large family. There is parking for 4 vehicles and the small overflow parking is just a few steps away so you can still have easy access to your vehicle. The kitchen was amazing! And everything was very clean.

Great, large spot close to the beach! Very convenient with the 6 seater golf cart. Pool is small and busy, but located just outside front door.We did wish there was one bathtub in the house to bathe children. An added bonus would have been nicer starter essentials including toilet paper, paper towels.

Family Vacay

Our stay was great. It was clean, comfortable, and the scenery was beautiful. Be meticulous when reading the description of the place. We planned for a 7 bedroom but it's technically 6. We had 16 guest and everyone had a bed to sleep in, just not a bedroom. The property owners where helpful when detailing this miscommunication on our end and still came from a very accommodating perspective.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay. Every room had their own bathroom and w/oversize showers. Golf cart does work amazingly. Used it multiple times a day and holds charge. The stay is a few blocks from beach and was way too hot to walk, but tolerable on the cart. House was clean. TV in every room. Must bring your own beach towels. Locations is minutes from Whole Foods, Publix, Walmart for groceries. 6 minutes away from outlet mall. 8 min from pickle ball courts with early morning open play or reservations during the day(couldn’t find one closer). Access to multiple beaches, restaurants, but our family cooked every meal, because that’s what they wanted to do. Keurig single pod coffee machine and whole pot coffee machine. Bad ass coffee was a go to every morning on the way to the beach. Pool access was 1 minute away but was crowded. Clean up/check out rules were easy peasy! Must buys when coming to this rental: 13g trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, Lysol, ice bags, dishwasher pods. There is a vacuum and an outside shower to use after coming from the beach. My family had an amazing time.

Location!

This house was perfect for our 3 families to spend the week together. The location was excellent and the golf cart was a vital bonus. There were plenty of extras in the garage such as beach toys and chairs. Being right across from the pool was great and the trip to the beach was easy even when walking. So many restaurants and shopping to easily walk to or ride the golf cart. As far as the house, it had the space and all the things needed to make our stay excellent. We had a keurig that did not work and a brand new one was delivered within an hour. Everything worked and everything was comfortable! Great place to stay!

End of Summer Family Vacation

My husband and I hosted our 3 children and their significant others for an end of summer family vacation. The house is in a great location and has plenty of room to spread out. House is pretty much as described and seen in pictures. We found the rugs in the bedrooms to be pretty dirty and could stand a good cleaning or replacement. Otherwise the house has everything you need. Plenty of beach and pool chairs/toys stored in the garage for guests use. Having the golf cart was especially nice to have for taking our loads to the beach and getting to restaurants. I’m sure it is not easy to supply beach towels for a house this size, but it would be greatly appreciated. Bringing your own is difficult because they are such a bulky item in a suitcase. All in all, we would return to the house if we were back in the area. The management company was very easy to work with.

Issues

Golf cart never worked right and the property manager was not helpful. There were no beach towels to use at the property and there weren't enough blankets. We had broken chairs that we couldnt use around the island. The pool was nice, but the pictures online led us to believe there were multiple pools to choose from but that wasn't the case. We were also told we would have vouchers for outtings and they never shared any of that with us. The house was nice, but the management wasn't.

The house was great. With blackout curtains it would be perfect. It’s very well lit around the house

The house and the management company are great. The house could use something to block the lights at night. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes. The neighborhood you walk through is not the best. Your only beach access is public access at Panama Joe’s and it is VERY crowded

Family Vacation

This property was immaculate. Our family went to Destin for a wedding and this property was perfect to accommodate the entire family. The management notified us immediately about an issue with golf cart and it was fixed the next day. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the beach and golf cart allowed easy transporting all beach bags etc. The pool was perfect with areas to sun and stay out of the sun. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Communication was frustrating. House was super nice in good location.

Check in process was a nightmare. I had to reach out multiple times to get the code. Code was suppose to be sent before check in at 4pm. I had to email for the 4th time that day and ask for the code after 4pm. Listing said 7 bedrooms. It’s technically 5 bedrooms. There are two areas of bunk beds and a pull out couch on the second floor. Golf cart and location are nice. I would definitely rent one of these houses again but would use a different company.

Great Destin beach stay

The house is perfectly clean and large enough for our large family reunion. The location is fantastic, and the included 6-seat golf cart made trips to the beach or restaurants a breeze. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home near crystal blue waters

We were a party of 11 for my daughter's Bach weekend. Although I thought we rented in the 30A beach town area, the area was still a great location. House was a little sparsely supplied compared to our other beach rentals but well laid out for large groups. Beach/pool towels have just become expected when flying in but thankfully there were beach chairs. I would highly recommend this community

STUNNING PROPERTY

The most amazing place! We will definitely be back! It would be nice to have more luggage space near the bunk bed room and maybe some basic salt and pepper seasonings available. Also walked in to a broken ironing board and couldn’t find the iron all weekend but would still 1000% recommend this place. Maintenance responded quickly and Kayla was amazing! Thank you!

2nd time even better than the first.

This was my family's second time at this property in 6mnths, we liked it even more than the first time. Stayed in a bigger hse to commidate more people who wanted to come after hearing about the first stay, they were not disappointed. Would differently stay again looking for the hse with the grill outside for the next time.

Luxury at it’s finest

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. The pictures did not do it justice. The pool, the gold carts and the grills were just the icing on the cake. The location is close to EVERYTHING! We will be back next year.
