I recently stayed at this property and was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. There was no WIFI information provided in the condo or in the welcome packet, which made it extremely difficult for me to manage my business while away. Reliable internet access is essential, and the lack of clear instructions or support made working remotely impossible. Additionally, there was no front desk staff available to assist with questions or concerns. When calling the provided contact number, no one answered, which was frustrating and left us without support during our stay. The property itself could also use some updates here and there. For example, the paint was peeling off the bottom of the bathroom doors, which gave the space a worn and poorly maintained feel. A few small details were also overlooked, such as not providing coffee filters to go along with the coffee maker. Due to these issues, we ended up leaving early. Overall, the lack of communication and basic amenities made this a disappointing experience. We plan to come back to this area in September, but will look to stay elsewhere.

Large condo complex right across the street with private beach access. Front desk has limited hours. Balcony looked at parking lot / pickle bar court. Pool was emptied for the season. Room and bed was nice, some aspects dated but very overall.

The shower knob was broken so the shower was either too hot or too cold or fluctuating both hot and cold. The sheet kept popping off the corner of the bed on my husbands side, need deeper pocket sheets.

Absolutely awful stay. Front desk staff should be fired—rude, miserable, and clearly hate their jobs. We waited over an hour past the 4pm check-in for dirty rooms, and this happened to others too. Bathroom was tiny (3x3 ft) with no ventilation, shower drained horribly—we stood in pooled water daily. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner weren’t filled all the way. We got 6 towels and 2 trash bags for 4 adults staying 5 nights; no replacements, no room service, no help. Bring your own water, there’s no fountains and ice costs quarters. There’s a singular washer and dryer unit for over 300 rooms, and they tell you to wash towels yourselves, which also requires quarters. Codes for the gates they gave us for beach/ bar/ building access worked maybe 1 out of 12 times. Wi-Fi constantly cut out. Our room faced the tennis courts in the very back of the building, nowhere near what was advertised. Staff stayed glued to their phones and acted annoyed if you asked anything. When we questioned the lack of basic amenities, we were told, “So this is a resort, not a hotel. That’s why we don’t provide all of the hotel services.” I personally don’t think they truly understand the difference between a vacation resort and a hotel, but I digress. Book elsewhere. And overhaul the entire staff if you expect returning customers or decent reviews.

Pool was 86 love that. but the building is outdated for the price. We got 2 rooms full kitchen and the second room never got below 79 the whole time and our fridge stayed at 44. The elevators were always broken had to wait on them for like 30 minutes. No safe key in the condo and the bubbles never worked on the hot tub. But the location was nice and i still enjoy the trip.

Overall the property is excellent being in a great location, safe, etc. Be aware that an “A” room is an add on room to a suite. So there is no kitchen or living room area. It is basically a hotel room with a toaster oven, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and a few dishes. The sink is actually the bathroom sink. My bed had sand in it the first night and had a dirty spot on it, so the bed sheets had not been changed. The room could use some paint. The room does come with an umbrella and two chairs that you ask for at the beach which was a definite plus!! There is a coffee shop about 1/2 mile down the road that we walked to each morning and Whales Tail has delicious food right on the beach. Overall we had a good trip and the room was okay for a few days…
