Welcome to Tops'l Resort's Beach Manor 504 where the views of the Gulf of Mexico and dunes of Topsail State Preserve are amazing. You definitely will see the gorgeous emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico where dolphins frolic near shore!
This spacious condo has been recently renovated with new kitchen and bath rooms and tile throughout the unit. The soothing interior decor represents an elegant beach retreat where you just might want to stay longer than a week!
The view from the living room is spectacular, and if you prefer the fresh air, just step out on the balcony with seating for 4. If you tire of the views, you will enjoy the new 40' Samsung flat screen TV in the living room. Of course, there is free wi-fi too!

The master bedroom has plush bedding and an amazing view of the coast and Gulf waters with a door to the patio. You will also enjoy watching the new VIZIO 32' flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The master bath has new cabinetry, tile and a jetted tub--perfect for relaxing even more after a soothing day at the beach.

The guest bedroom has new furniture and accomodates children and/or adults with 2 full-sized beds and a TV/DVD player. The newly renovated guest bath with new tile and cabinetry is accessible from the guest room and the hallway as well.

Finally if you feel a need to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with new seashell plastic dishes and stainless cookware.

Our unit has a parking garage for all guest's vehicles to be protected from the sun. There is a height restriction of 6'5" on the entry into the parking garage. There is no parking to accommodate oversized vehicles.

The kitchen had all new appliances, the host was very good at communicating information relating to directions, condo rules etc. The only downside was the loud noises from the remodel of tiled flooring areas near the elevators.

The condo was really nice, though the baclony is a little smaller than it looks in the photo. Not a huge deal overall. It is nice that its looking off to the side that is a little more private rather than the rest of the large condo buildings. The place as a whole is much bigger than I realized, and yes, there are a lot of big condo buildings/hotels nearby. Pretty standard for popular beaches, but we generally prefer quieter, less crowded places. I'd still recommend the place. The beach was beautiful, and the area is nice. It was our first time in Miramar, and its probably not quite our vibe, but thats more of an "us" thing rather than an issue with the place itself. You might have a guy with a goatee and a "Gulf of America" tank top next to you at the pool blasting Morgan Wallen from his bluetooth speaker, but thats just the world we live in I suppose. We decided to just roll with it and we had a nice time.

Perfect location and great communication with the host!

We love this community. Being on the beach and having baytown wharf across the street and being able to get up and walk the trail in the morning was amazing! We even saw a couple of deer one morning! The convenience of everything from a poolside bar and restaurant and being right on the beach, fitness room, putt putt, and basketball etc...everything was excellent!

Best location on the beach!

Sometimes Destin can be pretty busy and overwhelming, but this condo is perfectly located outside that congested area. It’s the last condo before the beach turns briefly residential, so the beach is far less crowded. There are a few different condo resorts within the Tops’l area, and I will say this one was very, very well kept. The pool, hot tub, lobby, you name it - were all clean and organized. This particular unit had everything we need, it was clean, everything worked, it was one of the easiest stays we’ve ever had. We will be back, marking this one as a fav. Most places we can find something similar and don’t worry about saving them. This one - we want to look at first when we search.

Great condo for a beach getaway!

This is a great little 2 bedroom condo. The beds were comfortable, and you can't get much closer to the water. The kitchen has most items you'd need if you're planning to cook. The Tops'l property, pool, and beach amenities are great

Nice place for a family get away

The 504 Beach Manor worked great for our family get away. The condo was easy to access and accessibility to the beach was great. The staff at Topsl were all very friendly and we felt very welcome. The fridge worked sporadically during our stay. We notified the owner who immediately sent up maintenance but there wasn't anything they could do during our stay. Overall if you are looking for a family place with great beach access I would recommend this place.

Beautiful condo

The condo was everything it advertised and more. Beautifully decorated unit with a well stocked kitchen. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The shower grout was a little dirty but otherwise, unit was really clean. The master bed was very firm, which was rough on me as a side sleeper, mattress and linens were in great shape. Very responsive with any concerns. Was definitely a favorite stay with Tops'l resorts!!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for six days in early May. It was beautiful, relaxing, and quiet, and the beach access was excellent! The bed was very comfortable, the decor was lovely, and the views were exquisite. The beach powder sand and aqua blue waters are the best anywhere. We enjoyed ourselves. This will be a yearly vacation spot for us.
