Our home is located in Laurel Grove, a quaint neighborhood with cottage lined streets surrounded by mature trees, lakes and golf within the gates of the exclusive Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Sandestin boasts more than 7 miles of white sand beach and bayfront property, four championship golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts and 90 lakes that are great for fishing.

Tuckamore Cottage is a coastal inspired showcase home in Laurel Grove. Our cottage has a master suite downstairs (king) with a private entrance from the front porch. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a queen and twin bed, a sitting area with a trundle bed. To add to your comfort we have upgraded to two air conditioners for separately controlled heating and cooling on each floor. The cottage comes with smart TV's and recently upgraded fiber high speed wifi! Our cottage boasts high ceilings and doorways, heart-of-pine hardwood floors, and a gourmet kitchen. It is fully furnished and lavishly decorated throughout. For your added convenience there is a Weber propane BBQ on the back porch overlooking the lake and golf course, and contained in our deck box you will find a beach umbrella, an assortment of beach chairs and a variety of beach toys. You will enjoy sitting on our back porch overlooking the lake and seeing the 18th tee and fairway of the Raven Golf Course just on the other side. You can also try your hand at catching a bass right off the back porch (catch and release) some fishing equipment supplied and there is tackle and bait at the Marina. We are a two minute walk to the private Laurel Grove community clubhouse and pool. Our cottage is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac with a green space for kids to play. There is no better location in Laurel Grove. We also have bikes for your enjoyment.

Tuckamore Cottage is centrally located and is perfect for walking or riding around the resort to get to your destination. The golf carts are a fun and convenient way to travel around this gated resort community. You’re only a few minutes to get to the beach, bay, the Village of Baytowne Wharf or shopping on the Grand Boulevard which includes the new Bricktops, Tommy Bahama's Tropical Lounge, Vinyard Vines, a new cinema and much more... Keep your car at the cottage and use the carts!!!!

Now we’ve barely mentioned our beach! The Emerald Coast is on the western panhandle of Florida that has the famed “Sugar Beach,” so called because the nearly pure white super fine silica sand which has the consistency of sugar. These super refined crumbs of sand have, for thousands of years, washed down from the Appalachian Mountains and now cover the beaches of the Emerald Coast. It is estimated to be 97% pure quartz. This sand is unique in that it is so soft it will squeak under your feet. Little wonder it is considered one of the finest beaches in the world! Western Florida boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and low 70's to mid 60’s in winter.
