Poinciana Place is located in the heart of Miramar Beach, just across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! This is a low-density complex with only 2 levels and 16 unit's total. Guests will love the convenience of being on the walk/bike path of Scenic Gulf Drive, as well as being in close walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and at least a dozen restaurants! Poinciana Place offers a pool with plenty of lounge chairs around to enjoy a splash when you are not at the beach.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton Countyâs first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevardâs Town Center â the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
