Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I liked it so much, i tried to extend my stay for another day, but was sold out. The hotel staff was able to extend my stay anyway. Excellent service! The hotel rooms are clean and well styled. Quiet, despite being next to a train station. I dont really hear the trains much. The rooms might be sound proofed? The highlight of the room I stayed in was the mountain view of Fujisan. Because I enjoyed a 2 day stay, I was able to get the evening view and the morning view of Fujisan. Would definitely stay at again when I am in the area again.

Great location hotel with nice view
Stayed for one night (Nov 2023). Great location next door to the train and bus stations, convenience store straight across the street and coffee shop that opens from early in the morning at the basement. Check-in time is at 15:00 to which we head in at 14:15 asking if the room is ready would it be possible to check-in then (trying to catch a train to Gotemba) to which we were told ¥1,000 to be paid per hour per person. Considering it wasn’t even a full hour we found that the hotel could be more accommodating. The view of from 11th floor is great, we really like the seating area by the big viewing windows. The toilet can benefit from an update, it’s a little outdated. There’s no bedside table at one side of the bed, meaning that phones etc to be stored above headboard which isn’t much space.

A Wonderful hotel to see Mt. Fuji
We chose this hotel for being a 4-Star hotel next to the Mishima Station, with a close view of Mt. Fuji. It did not disappoint on the 3nd day as the brilliant Mt Fuji appeared behind the cloud! The hotel has very good amenities, and a spa on the high floor with a view of Mt Fuji.

The hotel in general and the room specifically were both very clean and well-designed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it's very conveniently located to the train station.

Really like that the hotel is conveniently located near Mishima Station and bus terminal. There are great dining places nearby. Hotel staff are courteous and ever ready to greet the guests. Thumbs up on customer service and detail! Love the individual bottles of skincare and body wash given daily,, Even the free bottles of mineral water given daily are uniquely different from other hotels. My only gripe is that the escalators to the south exit of Mishima Station weren't working during our stay and we struggled to carry our heavy luggage up 2 flight of stairs. Other than that, Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel s an excellent hotel.
