A lobrly little place, you feel like you're in the rainforest but the beach is in walking distance.

Needs Improvements

The location was lovely, across the road from a great beach. For a short weekend away our cottage would be acceptable but for our 10 night stay, the facilities in the bathroom and kitchen needed improvement. Too many small issues to list, but a big one for us was the bench area in the kitchen. With the hot plate in the bench we felt this was an unsafe eating area for adults and for small children and in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang a towel - except outside on the clothesline. We'll find other accommodation on our next visit to Wongaling.

Short notice for 2 nights at Mission Beach. Clean and cool self-catering chalet. Close to nature. Really relaxing and v nice pool.

Weekend Getaway with Dog

Pleasant stay, as it was close to beach & tidy, and we were allowed to have our dog with us. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus for us! Only downside was that it had no Aircon in lounge area and that it was too far from beach to hear waves. Would happily return.

Beautiful beach cottage

We are very happy with Cassawong Cottages. You can hear sound of waves that is lovely. During our stay unfortunately we could not get Wi-Fi reception, and there were not many eateries nearby. We enjoyed swimming at the beach..( the swimming pool is for toddlers!) Thank you for the lovely base of Mission Beach holiday.

Fantastic

This was a really comfortable cottage to stay in. Everything was provided for in kitchen and laundry. Comfortable beds and lounges. Beach about 200 metres away and what a beach. One of six cottages it had a nice private patio area with electric bbq. The other cottages had similar layouts and privacy. Shopping centre about 2 km away. We intend to have an extended stay in the future.

Pet friendly cottage with everything you need

This place is great. They allowed us to bring our dog. The cottage had new furniture with all facilities provided. It was exceptionally clean and cosy. We will definitely be back.
