No AC, room was super hot. They don’t even have AC right now apparently. They said we could crack a window. The only one you could open was the bottom one. It had no screen or anything so the kids could have fallen right out of it. Just disappointed for it having such a high rating. Idk how it got that.

Clean spacious king size room. Great hot breakfast. During my stay, they offered automatic pancake machine, sausage, country potatoes, scrabbled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, pastries, cereals, juices and coffee. The indoor swimming and hot tub was nice and clean. Only thing I would recommend is updating the outlets to include usb charging. Staff were pleasant.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. The check-in process was smooth, However, shortly after settling into the room, we encountered a plumbing issue — the toilet was not functioning properly. We informed the front desk, and we were asked whether we preferred to wait until the morning for maintenance or move to another room. We decided to move to another room for convenience. Unfortunately, the second room also had a plumbing issue. When I attempted to take a shower, the water did not drain properly, and I had to stand in pooled water while showering. This was quite frustrating and disappointing, especially after already changing rooms once. I hope you will look into these maintenance concerns, as they significantly affected the comfort of our stay. At this point, I am very disappointed with the experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Gross. The overwhelming smell at the hotel is disgusting. Staff is unfriendly, carpet is dirty, bathroom is unclean and too small to use. Bed is uncomfortable. I would never in my life stay there again. We checked out early and found a nice clean hotel.

It was absolutely miserable. They had the AC turned off and the room was extremely hot. They moved us to another room and opened a window and gave us a fan which did NO good at all. The hot tub was full of loud kids. At one point there were little girls intentionally throwing foam from the hotub in my hair. It was just miserable and we will never go back there!

The room was large and clean. However, the a/c did not work. The room was 83 degrees. The desk clerk said the a/c was not operational. She gave us a fan. The next morning the room was still 79 degrees. Miserable night. The pool water was very cloudy. The hot tub was very foamy. We decided to not get in. Would not stay here again.
