Disappointed

Overall disappointed with the property. Upon arrival we were notfied of a fly issue that we were willing to deal with. We unloaded the car and went to experience Kansas City. When arriving back home, we found the kitchen filled with ants on the counters and floors. We were able to address the ants that night and then followed up the next morning with some additional cleaning. The rest of the trip we were concerned about leaving any food out on the counter.It was pretty hot the first part of our trip and the AC seemed to have trouble keeping the house cool.Bathrooms were very small. With 6 people we picked a house with at least 3 bathrooms, one was so small it was practically unusable so we were running 6 people through 2 showers.It was nice to have laundry on site and overall the beds were pretty comfortable.

Basketball tournament family trip

Easy to get to Bluhawk sports complex. Elderly parents said upstairs shower was the best they’ve ever had. Place was very accommodating.

Clean, Comfortable, in the middle of everything

We stayed three nights during the Big 12 Basketball tournament - this is an older home but clean and comfortable. In a very quiet neighborhood, yet we were able to get to all restaurants, neighborhoods, and T-Mobile center in less that 20 minutes. Owner made the check in and check out process easy.

Siblings Weekend

Seven sisters and two nights in this great property. There was an abundance of cookware, plates, silverware, spices, coffee, creamer, towels, pillows, blankets, etc.. probably the best stocked VRBO I’ve stayed in. Would definitely book again.

Very Nice!

We came to Kansas City for a weekend and attended events at Crown Center. The location of this townhouse was great! We were only 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown and the other areas we visited. The neighborhood was nice, and the townhouse was large enough to accommodate 8 adults very comfortably. Vanessa was very easy to work with and she responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again!

Great place to stay

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here. My sisters and I stay here because its close to family we are visiting. Although there were only 4 of us, we each fgot our own bedroom and bathroom. It was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has everthing you need. The communications with the owner were exceptional.

Very functional but not fancy.

The property is half of a duplex, so no windows on one side. And 2 of the bedrooms are in the basement, which has virtually no windows. So there is very limited natural light. The exterior is not attractive, but if you need a place with 5 bedrooms, this will serve very functionally.
