You will find your holiday home on the edge of the traditional and picturesque violin-making town, fog-free and absolutely quiet in the climatic health resort Mittenwald, which is located at over 900 m, framed by the impressive Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Relax in our comfortably furnished "Häusl", lovingly furnished and completely renovated in November and December 2010.

2 people + child (s) find space.


Room layout / equipment: You have your own "house" for you alone, with its own entrance, parking space, winter garden and ski and bicycle storage.

Wieder einnal perfekt.

Zum zweiten Mal den Aufenthalt genossen. Für uns perfekt gelegen, gemütlich, und mit einer sehr freundlichen Besitzerin. Leider viel zu oft ausgebucht, was für sich spricht. :-)

Reise Mittenwald

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem Feriendomizil. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche gut ausgestattet und sehr gute Betten. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub den man gern wiederholen kann.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht! Eine große Terrasse, die wir bei diesem schönen Wetter auch gerne genutzt haben. Beim Frühstück genießt man schon den Blick auf die Berge, und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da was man so benötigt und sogar ein kleiner Grundstock an Gewürzen und Öl usw.. Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern da und es gab einen Kinderstuhl und genug Platz für ein Beistellbettchen im Schlafzimmer. Die Terrasse ist auch super! Die Lage ist ruhig und die Stadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war super nett und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

An sich müsste ich eine grottenschlechte Bewertung hinterlassen, damit wir eine Chance hätten, diese wunderbare Unterkunft nochmals zu bekommen. :-) Eine sehr gemürliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, mit einer hervorragenden Lage für ausgedehnte Wanderungen (wir waren mit unserem Hund da, Gassi gehen ist in der Nähe problemlos). Mittenwald Zentrum ist bequemst zu Fuss erreichbar, Die Vermieterin ist supernett - Summa summarum: wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wunderbare Zeit

Sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Herzlicher Empfang und tolle Tipps und Hinweise für Unternehmungen. Perfekte Lage, man kann eine Woche das Auto stehen lassen und vieles machen. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Frischblumen standen auf dem Tisch.

Passt scho!

Schöne geräumige FW und eine sehr nette Vermieterin, welche gleich ums Eck wohnt - sich aber nicht aufdrängt. Man merkt ihr an, dass sie ihr Wohnumfeld liebt und hat jede menge gute Tipps auf Nachfrage bereit. Egal , ob es sich um Rad- oder Wandertouren, Gastronomie oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten handelt. Immer wieder gerne und wir werden das Quartier in unserem Freundeskreis weiter empfehlen.

Super Haus, super eingerichtet. Urlaub mit Hund sehr entspannend. Terrasse für Hund gut geeignet Vom Haus aus kann man gleich Gassigang starten. Hauswirtin sehr nett und hilfreich. Unser Hund hat sich auch gleich mit Haushunde verstanden. Gerne wieder

Kurzurlaub im Februar.

Sehr gut im Allgemeinen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, sehr praktisch, sehr angenehm, sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse haben wir im Februar nicht genossen. Sie ist wahrscheinlich im Sommer sehr angenehm. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Hauskatze war mit uns und es war auch für sie schön. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette hilfsbereite Frau. In Mittenwald kann man von vielen Aktivitäten genießen. Die Region ist sehr schön.

Schöne, ruhige und ausgefallene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöne Lage in einer Stichstraße und daher sehr ruhig. Frau Richter hat uns bei Ankunft gut mit Lebensmittel versorgt und täglich Brötchen geliefert. Die Nähe zum Wald hat unser Hund sehr genossen.Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr ausgefallen und wunderschön. Haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht obwohl das Wetter nicht so ganz mitgespielt hat.
