A good deal with limited accessibility
1. Quite a few locals staying in this guesthouse, so its a good chance to meet some locals and chat with them 2. A bit far from the JR station 3. The receptionist (owner?) is very nice and helpful in case you need some advise regarding your travel plan in Sendai area 4. There is only one shower room for men

一人旅には良いです
２泊させていただきました。駅からも近く、交通アクセスは申し分ないです。建物は古いようですが、改装して内部は清潔感がありました。スタッフの方も親切です。共用部屋でしたが、ベッドスペースは高さもあり、使いやすかったです。シャワー室も綺麗です。ただ、男性用のシャワー室の出入り口がカウンターから直接見える感じになるので、見えないような仕切りがあればなおベストかと思います。
