Welcome to Laughing Labs. Spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim on a secluded corner. Extended deck is shaded in the afternoon and very private, great place to relax at the end of the day. Make fabulous meals in the well stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Single level townhouse. Enjoy the Moab outdoors from this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level townhome with oversized patio, just a 5 minute drive from downtown Moab. Two bedrooms contain King size beds, third bedroom with a Queen and a Twin XL beds. Additional rollaway bed provided. Free Wi-Fi.

HOT TUB: Open year round

POOL: Pool is open for the season, expected closing date late October depending on the weather.

We are always available should you need help during your stay. We do have local help available. You will never be without a resource for anything you should need.

This is a smoke free unit and we would appreciate it if no one smokes in the townhouse.

We are a dog friendly townhouse, maximum 2 dogs (let us know how big your dogs are). Sorry no Cats or Birds.

We absolutely loved everything about this place, the most fantastic amenities, every time I thought of something we needed - there it was. The location in Moab was superb and very relaxing, and all the national and state parks were very accessible with a beautiful drive. And the stars at night from this patio, it’s a must!!!!

Great unit, very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need both inside and in the garage. Nicely decorated, very comfortable bedding and two king beds. We rented this unit because it was dog friendly and while we didn’t end up bringing our dogs, the blankets for the furniture, dog bowls and poop bags would have made for an enjoyable stay with our dogs.

This is a great condo property and location. Probably the best Vrbo i have ever used. The space was extremely comfortable for 6 adults. We used it as our base location for Moab, Canyonlands, Arches and Dead Horse. Great communication with the owner and a great stay.

Online pics represent this booking well. Views from front living area are outstanding in multiple directions. Owner extremely well organized with the location of all cooking supplies, spices, dinnerware etc clearly marked. Excellent hub for our trips to both Arches and Canyonlands NPs. We enjoyed our stay very much! The owners have thought of all the small details for your stay!The outside couch area was not well maintained, couches were dirty and the area needed to be weeded. That was a small inconvenience for the overall visit, we enjoyed it immensely!

Moab Trip

Had a wonderful time staying here as 3 generations explored the National Parks and rafted down the Colorado River. The kitchen was better stocked with cookware and place settings than any other rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location south of Moab was nice and quiet when we wanted it to be, but close enough to town and all the places we wanted to visit.

A great space only to be beat by the view

The townhouse is lovely and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds/bedding were good quality and the view from the porch/living room was wonderful. With 10min drive to Arches it was the perfect spot from which to explore. We highly recommend for couples or families!
