Located 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 45 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Deadhorse State Park, 10 minutes to Old Spanish Trail Arena and minutes away from 4X4 and mountain bike trails!

Newer, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath property, furnished for you to relax after enjoying many of the activities Moab has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen helps save you money instead of dining out. The double car garage and the 38" driveway are great for trailers and toys. There are beautiful views of the Moab Rim from every window in the townhome.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king bed with a private balcony. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. There is also sleeper sofa in the living room. A full bathroom is located upstairs for the two bedrooms and there is a half bathroom located downstairs off of the kitchen.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Unit does not come with ATV. Photos are to show that ATVs can fit into the two car garage.

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering the pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

The Best Vacay
Of course, Moab is so beautiful and totally different from TX which is where I'm from. This townhouse was perfect! So close to The Arches and not too far from The Canyonlands. We enjoyed the townhouse because it was cozy, family friendly and close to EVERYTHING! We truly enjoyed our stay. Maybe I will move to Utah one day. 🙏

Great property with a lot of space
This was a great property with a lot of space. If you have bikes or big toys, the garage is a perfect place to keep them. We loved the location, very quiet about 5-10 minutes from all the restaurants in town. It was perfect for our stay with friends.

We had a very nice stay here. It was close to Moab and all the area attractions. The townhouse was well equipped and furnished and worked great for our family of five. The pool and hot tub in the neighborhood were nice to use as well. Would stay here again

Lovely little condo with some great views.
The place was clean and nicely kept. It was really nice having the garage. We had a lot of space. The shower in the master bath was really nice. One thing (small) the neighbors parking their trailers( sidebyside) in front of the house/windows making sitting outside on the patio looking at the view impossible. Overall it was a great experience.
