This townhome is minutes away from Arches National Park, Old Spanish Trail Arena, the La Sal Mountains, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Canyonlands National Park. Endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities are just a quick drive from the townhome. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the refreshing pool, basketball, and tennis courts onsite.

This townhome is newly built (2019) with two master bedrooms upstairs. Both master bedrooms are furnished with king beds and include ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and in the living room there is an Xbox gaming console! There is also a desk and chair available in the townhome if you need to get some work done during your stay.
After a day of adventuring, enjoy some R&R on the private patio and grill out using the large and easy-to-use gas BBQ grill. The patio also provides breathtaking views of Moab's red rock rim where you can watch the sun dip behind the rim each night. The townhome comes equipped with basic kitchen utensils and cooking supplies so that you can avoid the hustle and bustle in town by preparing meals in the townhome. You'll be able to stay connected during your stay by using our high-speed WIFI which is designated for only this townhome. Come and experience a true home away from home in this beautifully furnished townhome where you're sure to receive relaxation and comfort when staying in Moab!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on the premises.

Parking
There are two parking spaces for the unit. Additional parking is available for vehicles, Jeeps, RZRs, trailers, and other vehicles on Village Drive, which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have at their party.
There is also ample additional parking on Meador Drive, which is the main street leading into Rim Village and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, RZRs or Jeeps, RZRs, . Meador Drive is about a 3-5 minute walk from the unit.

We had a great stay here in Moab. The condo was close to the city, Arches Natl Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Communication with the manager was good. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for preparing meals. Two master bedrooms with attached baths, washer/dryer...all great!

Price was comparable to hotels in the area in September, and provided a great reprieve to hotel rooms during a two week roadtrip. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and communicating with the property manager was a breeze. Would stay again!

This is a very new property, a little south of Moab but very convenient. Everything was very clean. Beds were super comfy. Very close to the Spanish Valley winery. Quiet. Enjoyed our stay!
