This airy townhome features a private backyard and access to a shared pool. You can even bring your dogs!

Located in the Cottonwood Townhomes, you will be just a few blocks from Main Street in Moab for shopping and dining, and a quick drive from Arches National Park.

This bottom-level rental is open-concept and full of light. The main living room area is complete with leather sofa set where you can kick back and watch cable on the flatscreen TV, or cozy up in front of the gas fireplace. WiFi is also provided for surfing the Net, or connect with family and choose a board game from the stockpile. A foosball table is even available in the garage.

From the living room step out into the fenced backyard that is perfect for Fido. A gas grill is available for cooking, and a patio table and chairs are provided for lounging.

A full kitchen is available, complete with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a coffemaker, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The home also has a laundry room with a private washer/dryer for your freshening clothes and linens.

Between the three bedrooms there is sleeping room for six guests. A king bed occupies the master bedroom, which also has an en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is available down the hall. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

There is plenty to do in Moab so plan some time for adventuring! Dead Horse Point State Park is about 30 miles away, Ken's Lake in Spanish Valley is great for swimming, and the local area offers plentiful four-wheeling and mountain biking trails. Off-roading tours are available, as are other adventure activities like skydiving. If you prefer to keep things more low-key, stroll over to Main Street, enjoy the community pool access, or browse through geodes at Moab Rock Shop. Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

Nice clean property walking distance to restaurants

This was a really nice place to stay. Everything we needed the place had. Shuffleboard made a great change to the usual pool or table football. Outdoor space was nice and private. Plenty of room inside for everyone also. The location was pretty much perfect. Plenty of parking and an easy walk into town for dinner or coffee in the morning.

MTB Trip

This is the 5th year we have done our Moab MTB trip. We rent 3 town homes from VACASA. This year the homes were all in excellent condition. Most had been updated and all new linen and some new curtains. The town homes were very clean and well stocked. We were very pleased with our stay.

The location was great, it was clean inside. The outside needed some help. No propane in the grill. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Mattresses were really uncomfortable but all in all great place to stay.

Management not very understanding emergency and could not make it

Property Management is not very understanding in an emergency situation and we could not make it any further. We drove all the way from Cleveland Tennessee over 1400 miles to Colorado. We had a vehicle emergency, our vehicle broke down with Rear axle issues. We gave 3 days notice, called several times explaining the issue! We requested to change dates and property management basically would not even work with us to change dates, they just said no and took the money. I will never rent a property that is managed by vacasa property management. Renting from individuals are more understanding and willing to work with individuals to reschedule the dates. We even said we would extend the days and they still were not corporative or be understanding. We plan to return but will not stay in a vacasa property again. We will seek individuals properties even if we have to drive and no stay in the exact area. Beware of vacasa property they are all about the money not people!

Very disappointing!

Always look forward to a trip to Moab! Unfortunately this house was underwhelming at best. Smoke detectors (like a siren) went off randomly through the nights - NO actual fire or smoke (a good thing). But almost gave us a heart attack when they went off at 9 pm, 11 pm, midnight, 3 am, 6 am 
 etc etc! Called the managed company and they sent someone out who ‘fixed them’. No go. Went off again the 2nd night. Add to that the place was not all the clean. Pubic hair in the shower on the soap holder in the corner. Not cool. Cleanliness a little suspect.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Plenty of room to spread out. Great books and games for the family. Kids enjoyed the community pool and sit-down arcade in the living room. Quick drive to great Moab restaurants and stores.

This was a great property for family to enjoy being together. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot and microwave. The open layout was great for meals and hanging out together. A few cleanliness issues related to rugs and place mats but sufficient for our group. Nice pool too. I would come back if I have an opportunity.

Very disappointing stay that was literally sickening

I am not one to write negative reviews, but I feel obliged in this situation. Upon entering the property, we discovered 4 cockroaches in the bedrooms and bathrooms. That night, 4 more scurried across the kitchen and dining floor. I emailed the property manager right away but did not get a response for 2 days. Not willing to wait for a response, the next day, I called the property manager Vacasa to report the cockroach problem. They sent someone within 1 hour to drop off cockroach traps which we willingly set out. I appreciated their prompt action. After setting the traps, we only saw 2-3 more cockroaches, but also about 6 small spiders. 24 hours after arriving, our crawling baby started vomiting. Over the following two days, our school-aged children started vomiting as well. In hindsight, we cannot help but theorize that the cockroach infestation of this property caused our children to develop gastroenteritis. As a family physician, I strongly believe that this property needs to be closed to rentals until this problem is remediated. Other smaller issues came up as well which made the stay disappointing - the code to the pool house door had changed and we had to find out the code from a neighboring renter, as Vacasa had no idea, the TV in the living room did not work and despite our techie nature, we could not connect even to basic cable, one of the nightstands in the master bedroom was broken and unsafe, and several cooking bowls and pots were dirty with grease. Overall this property was very disappointing and made me question whether we should continue renting homes or switch to hotels in the future.

Great location

The size of the home was perfect for our family with a large open main room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and fenced area. Similar to other reviews, the mattresses do need replaced (sagging in the middle) and most of the rooms had spider webs in the ceiling corners with six-legged friends. A deep clean would make this rental cozy again!

We enjoyed the proximity of the property and being close to trails and main street. The living area of the house is larger than it looks in the pictures. Even though the ad says you can have trailers (for side-by-sides) there is not adequate parking for trucks and trailers in the driveway and/or on the street. While on vacation I received a call from the property manager that the HOA president wanted us to move the tongue of the trailer off the rocks (only he called it landscaping). I would caution against taking trailers. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

If you love spiders and your things covered in dog hair, then this place is for you!

The property is in a great location. However, it is VERY poorly managed. It was incredibly filthy and dog hair is everywhere from the couch to the carpet and even on the comforter! The property is also INFESTED with spiders! There are visible nests and webs everywhere and we saw numerous spiders every day and night. (To the point my children were scared to stay there.) Also, we ran out of toilet paper four days into our seven day stay. They did not have any extra rolls in the house so we contacted the property manager and were told it was our responsibility to provide the toilet paper. This property has a lot of potential to be a wonderful place to stay if it was properly managed and taken care of.
