Loved the comfort and size of the room but three days without cleaning was a little much. We left on the fourth day. The only way we got fresh towels was to go searching for a maid through the halls. For the price, a cleaning after the second night should be a minimum.

Element is nice, new facility that was well made but unfortunately not well staffed. They tried to downgrade my reservation and only gave me what I paid for - in advance - once I made a stink. Then room service never showed up, at all, during a two-day stay and we ran out of clean towels. (Also, don't bother with the continental breakfast. It was practically non-existent.)
It's a shame really, Element has the potential to be a nice place. It may be that all of Moab is short-staffed at the moment. But seriously, if you can't run your establishment you need to cut back your service until you can. At $250 per night, I expected a LOT more than I got. They made their problems in to my problems. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
