This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a private hot tub, yard, and access to the community pool! You can even bring your dog!

In the heart of Moab, Cottonwood Townhomes are just a few blocks from Main Street for shopping and dining. Arches National Park is also just a short drive away.

The living room space of the home is open-concept with Southwestern decor and a comfy leather couch and armchairs perfect for watching cable on the flatscreen TV. WiFi is provided as well, or disconnect and play some board games from the home's stash. A dining table for six is also available for group meals.

Make a home-cooked dinner in the full kitchen that is complete with microwave and coffeemaker. If you'd rather eat outside than in, a patio table and chairs can be found in the landscaped backyard. Once finished, relax and take in the views, then further unwind in the private hot tub under the pergola.

The home features a master bedroom with a king bed, a sliding door to the patio, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. A second full bathroom and laundry room with a washer/dryer are also available.

The surrounding area provides plenty of excitement, from whitewater rafting to four-wheeling, hiking, kayaking, or mountain biking. Ken's Lake in Spanish Valley is great for fishing and swimming, and Faux Falls is just down the road from here. Or simply relax in the spacious backyard or at the community pool. Perfect Location! Great Hot Tub

Fantastic home, well appointed kitchen, great yard and Hot Tub. Loved the ability to walk into town for dinner, or to the food trucks. Able to jump on Bike and explore Kane Creek and other biking trails. Great Mountain Biking 1 block away.

Interesting stay

I’m torn on what type of review to leave this duplex. When we checked in while the place was surface clean, but as we looked around, we noticed a lot of things that had been missed. There were crumbs on the dining room table. There was dirt on the rug in the kitchen. The dishwasher still had soap in it and plates and utensils. A few of the plates in the cupboards still had food on them. The bathrooms needed a good wiping down too. When I contacted Vacasa, I got apologies but no offer to fix things.On the flip side, the sheets were clean and the towels were very soft. There were plenty of them including towels for the hot tub. Plus the water pressure in the shower was great. They left sheets and dog bowls for our dog, which was a nice touch.The duplex itself is a great location and basically has what you need although things in the kitchen were mislabeled so we spent some time digging through.We did come back from adventuring one day and the hot tub was flipped open. The company said no one had been there so that was a bit weird. Finally, the power went out in all of southeastern Utah during our stay and there was only one flashlight. Luckily we had head lamps and our own flashlights but not everyone has those. The local contact was willing to bring us extras so that was good.I’m not sure we’d stay in this particular place again although there are other Cottonwoods VRBOs and they are generally just right for our party of four and our dog.

Moab Stay

Property was as described, spacious and perfect for a family of 5 traveling with three dogs. Neighborhood was quiet and no one gave us trouble for parking two pickups with big trailers on the street. Easy access to downtown. I would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks

Our family of five spent two nights here while visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable as was the livingroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the laundry room allowed us to get our clothes clean before we moved on. The hot tub was very nice even in the warm Moab weather. We enjoyed shopping and eating in downtown Moab, and this property was within a half a mile or so of shops and restaurants. We drove about 35 minutes to the Island of the Sky visitor center in Canyonlands and about 10 minutes to the visitor center at Arches. This property was perfect for us!

Cottonwoods Condo

What a lovely place to stay! It was well-stocked with everything we needed (except a few minor things -:we needed more dinner plates and spoons, and our daughter found the twin bed to be too hard to be comfortable for her. Our daughter-in-law thought free Netflix was advertised, but when she checked with the manager, he said we had to log in with our own account. Not free Netflix). But we would definitely stay here again. Great trip, and great accomodations!

We left for an hour an when we returned someone had replaced the hot tub cover. Made us feel like we were being watched.. Preoccupation with smoking by this company again felt a little over the top. Great place, but relax.

Perfect Moab Getaway

Five Star location quiet street, plenty of parking. It poured rain all weekend so having a large 2 car garage was fantastic for working on the bikes and drying out our gear. We usually camp but coming home to a hot tub after riding in the rain all day was worth missing out on a campfire. All of the things we needed were there for cooking and plenty of space to stretch out on the couches and dining room area were all in the same room so everyone could socialize. There was also a great patio and grill which we were still able to use despite the rainstorm. I will definitely stay here again someday.

Jeep Safari Stay

We rented the home for the 2018 Easter Jeep Safari. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook, clean and relax. The driveway and garage each had plenty of room to hold our various trail toys and the house was conveniently located to both trails and town. Downtown Moab is within easy walking distance from the house. Overall an excellent place to stay; we hope to be back again next year.

Very convenient to everything in and around Moab.

Being right across the street from the hospital made finding your way home easy. Just follow the hospital signs. This was our 2nd stay and will be back next year.
