Everything met expectations. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Except: The potatoes in sunday breakfast were extremely salty. We can always add salt, but we can't take it out. Also, for vegetarians, you might consider not putting meat in the eggs. There was plenty of sausage just beside for those who wanted meat.

at check in told that pipe burst in room (no advanced call) sent to VOCO another property that we backtracked to get to and is outside of town (cannot walk to dinner) first floor, no provided breakfast and apparently pets allowed because had barking dog in room next door. this hotel is cheaper too so not sure why we paid more for this?

Every aspect of our stay was excellent—pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and water was perfect temp. I’m an early riser and they had brewed coffee in the lobby at 4 am (there’s also pod coffee in room). The quick grab breakfast was really good . Everything was very clean and staff was efficient and friendly.

Great Location with Some Room Issues We stayed at the Hampton Inn during our Moab trip and found the location ideal for visiting the national parks and exploring downtown. We were upgraded to a larger handicapped-accessible room, which offered plenty of space for the two of us. However, the curtains and blinds were in poor condition—torn, ripped, and broken—and wouldn't open or close properly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering an excellent variety that made it well worth getting up for. The homemade chocolate chip cookies available in the evenings were a delightful touch that really enhanced our stay. One of the elevators was out of service during our visit, but overall, we had a pleasant experience at this three-star hotel.

Super frustrating check-in. Couldn’t find the reservation and had to restart a whole new one. Lots of guests were kept waiting and I had my elderly mother with me whom was very tired from traveling.
