We enjoyed a very nice, comfortable stay. The house was located just outside Moab, far enough away to enjoy the beautiful red rock scenery and dazzling night sky but close enough to quickly grab dinner and visit town in just a few minutes. It was the perfect spot to stay as a family with great proximity to Arches and Canyonlands, and the home’s pet friendliness was appreciated! Our host was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I requested to extend our stay by one day.

They should charge more.

We had a great stay at this rental and everything about it was great. The check in was very smooth, the house is set up very well with great instructions on how to run things and it was well set up with everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Everything was very clean and the location was quiet and great. Its about 10 minutes into town but its an easy drive. I would highly recommend this rental and I am for sure going to book with them again the next time I am heading to Arches or Canyonland.

Nice place

The only complaint I would have is the shower condiments, had to use very little shampoo to make it last, every other place I have stayed has a big jug with a pump handle but now I’m just nitpicking. The hot tub was the best part of the stay

Good and easy Moab stay

The house was clean and quiet. We booked it for the dog friendly vibes and hot tub. The vacation rental company was easy to work with and responded quickly. We were able to extend our stay last minute and they were helpful with that. Nice to park in a garage. Great kitchen. The backyard is nice for the dog, but the dogs next door get left home alone with outdoor access and they are not happy to share a fence with another dog. But the little neighborhood is easy enough to walk the dog around if the backyard is a fence fight fest.

Best place/neighborhood for MOAB

Property was precisely as described, clean and spacious enough for our trip. Check in was seamless, there was ample parking for our two trailers/trucks along with a car in the driveway. Neighborhood was quiet and respectful and has enough other VRBOS that more friends and family can join/stay in a central place which was really nice as our trip was with multiple other families! Communication was prompt, though we had no issues or real need to reach out to the property manager as the house was flawless, adequately stocked and met our needs. We’ve made many trips out to Moab, staying in various hotels and vacation homes. This was by far the best experience we’ve had. Would absolutely recommend this place to others and stay again on another trip out.

Great accomodations. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to Canyonlands Island in the Sky District, Arches and dead horse state park. Good breweries in Moab. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Property

This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed to cook at home, even a hot tub to relax. Nice yard for my pooch too. Forgot my doggie bowls, but wait, they had them!!! Truly a five star.

Just as advertized...clean, comfy, and convenient to everything in the area! Just far enough out of town location was also a bonus for quiet nights. And if you like to make some of your own meals while away, a newer set of cookware to assist. Minor hiccup on check-in was easily resolved by the after hours support. Hope to be back again!

Nice place for families

We stayed here with our children and everyone was comfortable. It’s was very clean and a great pet friendly unit with a fenced back yard. The hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous house

Lovely house just a few miles outside Moab. Easy and quick to get into town and to access Canyonlands and Arches national parks as well as a huge range of lovely places to hike and cycle. Nice area and quiet neighbourhood. House was very well equipped and very clean. Hot tub was great and community pool was just at the end of the road. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Moab
