Luxury Townhome in Moab with POOL Hot Tub WI-FI KING BED

Located in the beautiful town of Moab Utah, home to the world-renowned Arches National Park and Canyonlands, this family friendly luxury townhome, one of the newest units in Moab, is furnished and designed with a fun, relaxed, look and feel.

With easy access to mountain biking, 4 wheeling, hiking, climbing, canyoneering, petroglyphs, and so much more, this luxury 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in the Rim Village Vista with access to basketball, tennis courts, 2 pools, and a hot tub.

A spacious kitchen and living area offers space for your group to stretch out and relax, mingling in the comfort of a tastefully furnished and decorated home environment, or taking in the views of Moab’s South red rock cliffs from the private patio with outdoor dining and a gas grill.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, common utensils, cookware, crock pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker and coffee pot as well as a coffee bean grinder with filters, cream and sugar as well as cooking oils and a variety of spices. Dish soap and paper towels are also provided. Full appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and built-in microwave. A high chair and Pack n Play are included for little ones, and as an added luxury, an electric fireplace is located in the large living room along with cable and WI-FI.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, conditioner, towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper.

Whether you play in Moab on foot or on wheels, you’ll look forward to ending the day in this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury townhome.***Please note our sleeping arrangements now include a King bed in bedroom1 and a Queen bed with a Twin over Double bunk bed in bedroom 2.

Community amenities include a tennis court, playground, pool and hot tub all within a short distance from the home.

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather.

Please advise friends/family to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

The place was just as it was described. It was perfect in every way! It had all the amenities necessary. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Our family of four, including two young kids, had a wonderful stay at this lovely rental home in Moab. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids especially enjoyed spending an afternoon at the pool, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect—just a short drive to town and all the attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again. We’re already looking forward to returning! Highly recommend!

Great place for a family

It took us several tries to open the front door but once we got it opened, we were welcomed by a clean and air conditioned home! I appreciated that it had a new kitchen sponge and laundry pods. I would have hoped for better quality toilet paper and hand soap, what was there was dollar store quality. I don’t arrive places with the expectation for shower toiletries to be provided or things to be top quality, but I do expect to have decent soap and TP. The amount of fees we paid on top of the nightly rate, I just expected better quality for the basics. The children’s bunk beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It woke up kids in the night when others would roll over. Our biggest concern was to have a clean place to stay that had good AC, and we found that at this property. So, other than the few minor things listed above, we enjoyed our stay.

Great value for great condo.

The condo was impeccable and the owners were extremely easy to communicate with. The only thing that stopped me from giving five stars in cleanliness is obviously out of the owners control. The condo is new enough that the landscaping is not complete. The red sand tends to find its way everywhere. It made the outside living area pretty much unusable. Once the condo association finishes the landscaping, I would have nothing bad to say about our experience there at all.

We loved this condo. We've stayed in many rentals and this one was the best one we've stayed in. The kitchen was the most well stocked and organized kitchen we've ever had. They had everything we could have wanted. There were so many extra touches to make us feel at home. It was very clean. Communication with the owners was great. Stop looking at other condos and book this one!
