Troy was an amazing host! The property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our family. The pool and hot was within walking distance and was so relaxing after a long day on the sxs trails and mountain biking. Definitely would recommend and look forward to staying there again on our next trip!

Exactly what we expected from discription and pictures. The pool heater was broken so there was signs up pool closed for 5 days. Kitchen was well stocked but we had 4 tea drinkers in our group and no tea pot. We did use the microwave instead. Overall excellent place to stay.

Did no use the pool but saw it whenever we entered the complex. Had the impression the hot tub was at the condo but never saw it and did not go looking for. Owners were gracious, easy to contact when we needed to know about TV operations. The condo was clean and well furnished.

Great location near Moab and national parks

This condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was well stocked to make some meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

N4 was a great place to stay and use as a base to see the National Parks and other attractions in and around Moab. The condo is spacious, clean and very well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening enjoying the great weather and views!
