Our cozy, open concept home has tons of natural light, great sunset views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains, and is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. You'll be just minutes from Arches National Park, dozens of hikes for all levels, jeep and ATV/UTV trails (drive directly from the home), white water rafting, scenic golfing, horseback riding, and of course Moab's legendary mountain bike trails.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October) and hot tub. There is plenty of parking for jeeps, UTV/ATV's and trailers. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. We had a great time staying here. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and even had an air fryer. The living area had plenty of seating and the fireplace was cozy. The whole condo is on one level and that was nice. The beds were comfortable and clean which made for nice sleep. The garage was nice to have and there was street parking for our UHV. We would stay here again!

This is a nice peaceful option. The area is a short drive from the downtown amenities but worth the separation for the quiet peaceful location. The property is nice and clean with comfortable beds.

We were extremely happy not knly with this unit but the property management as well. We loved the layout and the perfect location. What a beautiful neighborhood. The management company had starter toiletries and cleaning supplies throughout the unit. We would not only recommend this unit but would definitely stay there again. Everything was great!

Two nights not enough time

This was a great property that was super clean and cozy. The added touch of the Aveda products for the bathrooms were great. It is well equipped to make big dinners in the kitchen. Quiet location and the beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great, except there were 2 work trailers on the street that was at least 49 ft long and were there the whole time we were there. We had friends across the street and made it hard to go visit.

We loved this place

The house is very nice open concept and roomy.the website stated it had shampoo and conditioner provided but it did not.loved the 2 car garage to protect my show car since we were there for a show. Would definitely rent it again

Four adults stayed in this house. it has room for 2 more adults. 5 miles outside of Moab keeps you away from the hustle bustle of the town but close enough to drop in for groceries, gas, dinners, entertainment. Convenient location for national parks as well. Located in a neighborhood of similar homes. Nice.

Nice place to stay. It was clean and kitchen was well equipped with pots and towels. There was no hand soap for the bathrooms. The laundry room had everything you needed. The swimming pool was down the block and across the street. Not the cleanest: people had pets in the pool/area. It. Was a nice distance from town. Be sure to pick up ice if coming in late,if need.

This property was great and most everything was as we are accustomed to when we stay. The appliances could use some upgrading as the gas stove had some igniting issues. The fridge/freezer was our only real complaint this time. The freezer would struggle keep items frozen or even freeze ice. Otherwise, it's a great place!
