8A1 Best Views, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Private Patio and Garage

The hot tub and pool are currently closed. The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below.

Beds: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3 and just a sofa (not a sleeper sofa) in the loft.

Brand new, beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. This corner unit is located in Rim Village Vista and it has great views of the LaSal Mountains and the Moab Rim. The townhome has a master bedroom on the ground level along with the living/dining area plus an additional 1/2 bathroom and a 2 car garage. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a loft with a large TV, and a full bathroom.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Unit does not come with ATV. Photos are to show that ATVs can fit into the two car garage.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Pool Schedule:
Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Comfortable home for visiting Moab and the National Parks. We appreciated being able to use the garage and having laundry facilities in the home. Having a gas line to the grill was also nice! Easy access to the highway that leads directly to the national parks.

Quiet and Comfortable

This property was well-maintained and perfectly located for Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. After long days of hiking and sightseeing, the condo was comfortable and quiet. We had abundant space for our party of four and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect townhome and great location!

We stay in 2-3 VRBO's annually. This townhome ranks A++. It was super clean and spacious. It's better than the photos!! It's at the entrance of the neighborhood on the end - easy in and out with a great view. The pool is across the street, but far enough where you don't get a lot of noise. There are 2 separate pool areas in the complex. The one near this townhome has 2 pools, a hot tub and a pickleball court (bring your own paddles/ball). The home was stocked with everything we needed (washer/dryer, appliances, pots/pans/baking sheets/dishes/seasonings. Plenty of extra towels, washcloths and extra bedding/blankets). The furniture was comfortable. There is an upstairs TV area, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is living room, kitchen, dining, utility room, 1/2 bath, master and full bathroom. Plus a spacious patio with table, chairs and a gas grill. The complex is on the south side of town - away from the noise of traffic and people. We loved staying here and would highly recommend! While in the Moab area, we scheduled a timed entry at Arches Park, a 1/2 day white water rafting trip, 1/2 day at CanyonLands and also visited the Museum of Film and Wester Heritage located on the river in Red Cliffs Lodge. (many western movies were filmed in this area). The town also has a very nice grocery store that has everything you'll need (including vegan, gluten free choices). There are also lots of restaurant options. Hope this is helpful for others!

Moab vacation

This was our second vacation in the Moab area, but the first time at a "McKenna's Gold" rental. It was fabulous, and met all of our expectations. It was near enough to town, but out of the noise and hubbub a bit. The rental was spacious, very clean, and was well provisioned. We took advantage of the pool several days. I would highly recommend this group of rentals. We would choose this rental again.

What a lovely place to begin our Utah vacation! The beds were so comfortable that my husband tried to figure out the manufacturer of the mattress. The place was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Open the blinds to have tremendous views all around! I enjoyed coffee on the front porch with views unlike anything I experience at home. I would absolutely book here again next time we come to Moab.

Super Comfy in Moab!

A Very clean and sunny house with all the comforts of home! An open floor plan with a 1st floor primary bedroom with ensuite bath. 2nd floor offers 2 additional bedrooms and an additional loft area with a big TV. It had a well-equipped kitchen. The big windows offered great views! And it was an easy 10-15 minutes to the Hot spots in Moab! We'd happily come stay again!

Beautiful Townhouse in Moab

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhouse in Moab! It had awesome views of the mountains surrounding it in all directions! The townhouse was very clean and well cared for with nice, high quality furniture. It was in a great location, close to downtown Moab but away from all the crowds. We loved having a garage to park our motorcycle in. The grounds had nice landscaping and we even took a dip in the nice refreshing pool! We hope to stay again!

We loved the location and space to park our UTV's as well as trailer parking. Condo could use a little updating. Lots of webs on the walls and in the light fixtures. A stale smell of maybe being closed up for a while. Other than that, we always love our stay in Moab.

Lots of little issues that makes this particular townhouse not worth the money. In a word: the place is worn. Cupped out mattresses, warm water after just one shower, door handles about to fall off, light coming through the window blind all night. I could go on.

We loved the property. Great location and the townhome has a great layout and roomy. Excellent communication as well. Only reason I rate it a 4 is that the tile floors were quite dirty
walking with bare feet, our feet were literally black. The rest of the townhome was very clean so maybe there was just an oversight. I would still recommend.

Great Moab House

The house was in a great location, only a few miles from downtown Moab where all the action happens. The neighborhood had a great pool and was packed with other Jeepers and ATV/UTVers. House was very clean and well stocked.
