The interior of the home, styled with your comfort and convenience in mind, boasts rich wood finishes and thoughtful decor and furnishings throughout. The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups.

Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare group meals during your stay. The patio has a large grill and table for outdoor dining. For a night out, downtown Moab has a large selection of wonderful dining options and is just a short 5 min drive from the house!

The kitchen opens to the dining room with ample seating and extra bar seating as well. Enjoy meals together! In cooler months, cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room and share stories of the day's adventures. Stream all your favorite shows on the flat screen TV, complete with soundbar.

The master bedroom suite is tucked away on the first level and has an attached bath with a walk in shower. There is also patio access from the master bedroom and the hot tub is just steps away.

Upstairs you'll find 2 large comfortable bedrooms (one with an attached bathroom), 2nd story views, two additional bathrooms and a bonus loft with sleeper sofa and a designated work station.

Relax outside on the enclosed patio and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views. Relax to the sound of the bubbling pond feature and you'll feel like you're worlds away. You're likely to spot some of the local wildlife that frequent the open space behind the home! Gaze at the stars as you soak in the private hot tub.

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway, and nearby curbside parking for extra vehicles and trailers (please note trailers/ATV's are not allowed in the driveway or garage). Store all your gear and bikes securely in the detached garage.

This thoughtfully appointed vacation rental features a convenient on-site EV charger, allowing you to recharge your vehicle while you relax and enjoy your stay. Please note, EV charging is available for guest use at an additional cost, billed per kilowatt.

The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

We had 3 couples on our family trip and it worked out perfectly. Enough room to all be together, but also have our own space. Everything was clean and in working order. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Only took 15 minutes to get in to town and about 20 minutes to Arches National Park. I would absolutely stay her again and recommend it to others.

Cozy home located in a quiet cul-de-sac, home was welcoming and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal just bring the groceries. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds and nice bedding. Would definitely stay here again 10/10 recommend.

The home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental.The location was ideal, offering proximity to town while remaining secluded enough to avoid noise from the main street. We particularly enjoyed taking the back roads and encountering the local wildlife. The house itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. As a photographer, I found the artwork and photos throughout the home to be truly inspiring, and the sunrise and sunset views over the hillsides were breathtaking.Thank you for your excellent management and service. Everything about the property was great. Very clean and well maintained. We were not able to arrive until after dark, so it was a little challenging finding the property. What didn’t help is that maps app showed the property on the wrong side of the street. With that being said, the fact that it is so dark around the property at night, was a big plus in my book. Quiet dark nights are hard to beat!I would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing home away from home

Our stay at Coyote Run was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, spacious, convenient and a great place to relax and recharge after our adventure filled days. Located next to the Moab Golf Course in a quiet neighborhood was perfect because we later realized some vacation rental locations were near routes to 4 x 4 runs that had to be pretty loud throughout the day. The VRC group was always available to answer questions and make check-in and check out seamless. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Moab stay south of town

This property was really nice. Very quiet on the south side of town away from the crowds but not far to the parks and activities. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. Check in amd out was easy. We had one car that fit in the drive. 3 probably would have plus garage space. They provided most things only no dish soap for kitchen only for the dishwasher which did make washing just a few items hard. It was very nice to have directv for the down times. It rained so we didn't use the hot tub but would have liked to! We would definitely stay again. Vey comfortable and quiet property

Epic Family Mountain Bike Vacation

We loved our stay in Moab, and in this house. It was beautiful, quiet, and had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay. We completed the Whole Enchilada MTB trail and enjoyed relaxing at the house afterwards. The hosts responded quickly with a couple minor issues. Just FYI the AC thermostat is programmed to go no lower than 71 with instructions to go no lower than 72 degrees. There are fans in each bedroom.

Comfortable, well kept home.

Easy check in and checkout. House was very nice (beautiful wall art) and furniture was modern and very comfortable after some great hikes. Couldn’t figure out the local channels but was able to watch a couple movies on Netflix. Too hot out to use the hot tub but probably wouldn’t have due to the rusted out handles and rust debris on bottom. The posting made it appear it was secluded and I was a little surprised it was in a subdivision, even so you had plenty of privacy. I would definitely recommend this home. For the hikers, make sure you get the Arches National Park passes early, also if you have any interest in a guided or unguided Fiery Furnace trail apply well in advance.
