The staff and Manager were extraordinarily helpful interfacing with Expedia Customer Service/Insurance. We needed to reduce our stay from 2 days to 1. Would not purchase insurance through Expedia again. Read the fine print. Loved our stay at the Hotel. Will come again. Thank you

Absolutely amazing! Would definitely stay there again. There is a door in the hotel that goes right into an amazing outdoor gear store, where you have a discount if you are staying at Gravity Haus.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom sink was way too tiny to the point you had to be careful not to hit your head against the mirror when you washed your face.

Clean, spacious room, everything in the room the most necessary is there. The pool area is very comfortable and beautiful. But if the window overlooks the city, sleep is not possible, very strong noise insulation, dirty kettle (limescale).

Great room overall.

Very nice, roomy, and comfortable room. Only real complaint is that it was a little noisy. You could hear the trucks go by as our window was on the main street and the a/c unit was a little loud, as well.
