The home was clean, everything worked as expected, the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, there was plenty of street parking for our truck and trailer, which was huge, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Moab!

Great stay close in Moab - close to National Parks

2 adults and 3 older teens stayed in this wonderful, quiet spot only a few minutes from downtown Moab area. Close enough to get to for dinner, shopping, but far enough away for great stargazing and gorgeous orange and red mountain scenery! Between 30-40 minutes away from the National Parks (Arches and Canyonlands), and we made the most of being so close! There are so many outdoor things to do in Moab- from hiking, mountain biking, river activities, ATVs, and more! We loved our stay! Lovely home and we would definitely return!

The pictures of this property are exactly as described. It’s a fantastic space for a family trip! We really enjoyed all the amenities and the beautiful outdoor area. It was perfect for gathering both inside and out, with incredible views throughout.Our family especially appreciated the hot tub on the patio and the ping pong table in the garage—great extras for relaxing and having fun after exploring the area or spending time at the pool. The double-sided blinds were a thoughtful touch, letting us enjoy the views or block the sun as needed.The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property!

We stayed at this unit last fall and since that stay worked out so well, we decided to make a return trip. Condo was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. I'm sure we will make it back to Moab and when we do we will book this condo.

Quick Get Away

We usually take three to four days in October to rest and relax in Moab. This is the first time we have stayed in this complex. We will definitely have this as our go to place in future years. The unit was very clean and well equipped. No issues. No problems. No noise.

Beautiful Property Close to Moab

We had a wonderful vacation in Moab, and the rental home was just what we'd hoped. The home is within 10 minutes of downtown Moab and is self-contained among a series of similarly high-end homes. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the nearby clubhouse (easy walking distance), the nice hot tub on our patio (!), the ping pong table in the garage, and all of the other amenities. This home has more amenities than most others in which I've stayed, including three flat screen tvs, a fireplace, a full range of dishes, pots, pans, built in ironing board and iron, two car garage, and location in a quiet and attractive neighborhood. It was great to come home to such a nice home after mountain biking, hiking, and sightseeing. Thanks very much.

Christmas vacation

Great place. We had 4 adults and 3 children abd weren’t crowded. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Mattress in master was comfy. We had 2 trucks there that each pulled a trailer with a UTV and parking wasn’t any issue. Hot tub was great after a day of riding. Pack extra shampoo/conditioner and laundry supplies if you plan on being there more than a few nights. We enjoyed the location being outside of town a bit. Nice rental for the price and we made great memories there. Thank you!
