When you come to Moab, stay in this lovely townhome and enjoy all the outdoor adventure this area offers, as well as the close proximity to town. Great for families and small groups, this home provides guests with some nice shared amenities, like a seasonal pool and hot tub, and lovely views.

Located just six miles from downtown Moab, this townhome is conveniently situated so you can easily access in-town conveniences, as well as outdoor attractions at Slickrock Bike Trail, Ken’s Lake, La Sal Mountain Loop Road, and Arches National Park. There's plenty of parking here for your recreational toys!

The interior of this rental is nicely furnished, clean, and bright with lots of large windows and tile floors. The open-concept design creates a spaciousness to the main living area.

The living room has a high ceiling and classic furniture. Settle back and relax by the fire while you watch a show or movie on the cable TV. Bring your devices, and stay plugged in with complimentary internet access.

The dining area is an extension of the living room and features a large wood table for six and a breakfast bar, which seats four. The kitchen also has a high ceiling and a large window over the sink, making this a lovely, bright space in which to create delicious meals. Keep things simple, make a barbecue dinner on the gas grill on the patio, and enjoy your dinner outside while you take in gorgeous views of Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains.

This three-bedroom, two-bath townhome sleeps eight guests. There's a king bed in the primary bedroom, featuring a full bath and a TV with a DVD player. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and TV, and there are two rollaway beds for additional sleeping options.

This home also has a few bonus items: there's a private washer and dryer in this home for your convenience, so you can pack light. If games are your thing, you'll be happy to know that there's a chess set, foosball table, and ping-pong table in this rental, as well. And if you bring your bikes along, there's a bike bench with tools, lamplight, air pump, bike maps, and bike chain cleaner.

Stay close to home and enjoy a dip in the outdoor swimming pool (open April through October) or a soak in the hot tub (open February through November). Take a leisurely stroll into downtown and check out the many dining establishments, as well as gift shops and galleries.

Play a few rounds at nearby Moab Golf Course, hit the trails for hiking and mountain biking at Slickrock Bike Trail or any of the other many trails in the area. And be sure to check out Ken's Lake, La Sale Mountain Loop Road, and Arches National Park.

Great rental!

The place was very clean and had mostly everything we needed for our stay. Indoor and outdoor family spaces, comfy couches and beds, a grill, nice kitchen and laundry. The area seemed safe and friendly. The pool/spa access was great and had nice views. Two suggestions, laundry baskets and curtains. It is full sun in the master bedroom by 6am. This is definitely a personal preference, but the choice to pull curtains for more sleep certain mornings would have been nice. We loved Rim Village and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Check in was easy, but would liked it to be a bit earlier. TV did not work, and the pool was filled with small children most of the time we where there. But the place was nice, beds comfortable and had everything we needed.

We love staying in Moab and have stayed in this area several times. Close to town. Beautiful. This condo unit has a great layout, all one level. . Foosball. Ping pong. Games etc. we’re great. However the cleanliness was horrible. We asked if we could check in early but they said due to covid they are taking extra time cleaning and sanitizing. Understandable. This was not the case here. We found hair on the bathroom walls. Spider webs. Windows and blinds were horribly dirty. Ants everywhere. Sign said to please remove shoes. Sorry. Not going without my shoes here. Couches were well used the side red chair was stained and disgusting. TV remotes did not work correctly even with the written instructions. And a pair of dirty socks under the chair in the master bedroom that were not ours!! Hmmmmm. Cleaned?? I highly recommend rim vista and rim village condos. But this particular unit needs some updating and a good cleaning.

Host ruined our stay as we were leaving

The property was fine. The host was not. We booked this home for one night so my daughter and I could ski at Brian Head after a work trip in St George. My wife and I drove separately so we would each have our own cars. We wanted to stay in Brian Head but everything was booked. We searched for a place that would accommodate two adults (my wife and I) and our four kids in Parowan. This property was the only one available, so we booked it. Our short stay was pleasant. The property was fine. We were quiet and respectful of the neighbors. We tidied everything up and left on time. As we were driving away, a woman was sitting in a parked car across the street a few homes away. She gestured for me to pull over. I was confused but decided to pull over. She got out of her car and came to my passenger side window. I rolled it down and she identified herself as Robyn, the property host. She immediately accused me of being dishonest and said she didn’t like dishonest people. I was thoroughly confused and asked her to elaborate. She asked how many people were in our party and I told her six: my wife and I, plus our four children. She seemed almost giddy as she accused me of lying about the number of guests in our booking. I was still confused and told her i believed I had booked for six people because I searched for homes that would accommodate our full party, and the app usually pulls through the party size when booking. She said the booking was for one person and again accused me of lying and trying to get away with something. I told her that if there was a discrepancy in party size, it was an honest mistake. She wasn’t hearing it and again, for a third time, called me dishonest and told me she would be charging an extra cleaning fee. Later, she did charge a fee because we had used the pillows for our kids. As an aside, I just tried booking for six people on a weekend and the detailed fee schedule shows that she charged us more than her typical rate for extra guests, so it feels punitive and petty. It was odd that she chose to confront me in the street instead of calling or texting. We also have to wonder now if she was spying on us during our visit (almost none of the windows have blinds). It’s offensive that she went straight to accusations before asking questions. It was an honest mix-up, but she wanted to believe we tried to deceive her. Just so odd. We will never stay here again.

UNIT IN NEED OF CLEANING

Unit H4 in Rim Village is a good location and large unit, however our late evening arrival was met with incorrect entry codes(we got in after a phone call), and the kitchen was very poorly cleaned, surprising during Covid, as the website stated that more time was being dedicated to cleaning due to Covid, hence earlier checkout. We had to re-wash nearly all of the dishes, the fabric living room chair was dirty and had dried food on it. Kitchen placements were put away soiled.

Terrific base camp for Moab

1st trip to Moab.......We feel in love with the area - tons to see and do

This property suited us very well. My wife and I with two children. Plenty of room. Sometimes space is what's needed after a day in the car!!!!! Clean, well equipped. Pool was great. Garage was great to put car and bikes in. We highly recommend this property. When we return to Moab, we will be seeing if this property is avaqilable.

Great location

Loved the location, cleanliness, a great gathering place, we cooked dinner several times and the kitchen, dining, and living room were comfortable for our visit. We even played foosball in the garage. Wonderful spot for hiking in Arches, and close to shops in Moab. However ..... the master bedroom mattress had a very deep dip. So much that we knew turning it would not help. It truly needs replacement. One negative but an important one.

Very nice condo, well equipped, nice layout. Maps on garage wall and foosball a definite plus. The one thing stopping this from being rated a 5 was inaccurate directions for access. The directions provided were for a lockbox, no longer there. We tried the code provided for the lockbox on the door lock, but that in itself did not open door. And worse the management company did not man the phone number provided. After 1/2 hour of attempted access I was on the phone making hotel reservations when my son finally got the door opened. It would have been so easy given the proper directions. I have rented many homes and fortunately never experienced this before.

Rim Village H4 Moab---Beautiful home

We stayed in the condo for 3 days and it was perfect. We had 4 children and 2 adults and the space was amazing for us to have our own areas and time to decompress. The view was amazing. Kitchen was great. Loved the ping pong table even though we were usually too tired to use it. Only complaints: Please have the air on for guests arrival. It was very hot in July and therefore very hot inside with no AC on. Also the directions we received were confusing. The street names did not coincide with the names in the complex. The entry code was also out of date for the property. But all things we were able to deal with.

Clean comfort near Arches

Stay near arches in comfort We loved staying in this home. Everything from the cleanliness, to the provided staples, comfortable beds, game tables and the community pool, made our stay absolutely fantastic. It was a perfect, quiet homebase for Arches and Canyonlands. We would stay here again in a heart beat :).
