Townhome on Moab Golf Course | Pool | Views!

This beautiful golf course home is located adjacent to the green and pond on the Moab Golf Course 12th Hole. Solano Vallejo is a quiet neighborhood just a short 5 min drive from town with a peaceful country feel. It includes a shared seasonal swimming pool and is within walking distance to hiking trails, Red Rock and the Golf Course Rock Petroglyphs site.

Thoughtfully decorated with original artwork and decor with comfortable furnishings throughout. There are two gas fireplaces (located in living room and master bedroom) to cozy up by during the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals and includes a gas range with a built in air-fryer. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar or on the outside patio.

Our internet is FAST and reliable for those who need to study or work remotely and there are 3 TV's located in the unit for streaming your favorite shows or watching cable channels.

The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). The views are amazing! Many guests also enjoy watching golfers putt on the 12th green, easily visible from the patio.

Safely store your bikes and gear in the attached garage and there is plenty of nearby curbside parking for trailers. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use .

Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

I was glad to be out of the congestion of Moab and all the truck sounds. I appreciated the greenery of the golf course. The only issues were that our carbon monoxide monitor went off two days in a row. The maintenance man finally took it with him. And we discovered ants coming out of the floor near the kitchen. They promptly brought us some ant traps as I did not want any spraying while we were there. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Great unit, poor property management

The unit was lovely; clean, comfortable and well provisioned, with a small but lovely patio overlooking a golf green with occasional action to watch. The property manager, the Vacation Colmective, gets failing grades. For their convenience's, they refused to give any information on how to access the unit in advance of the check in time, and then they didn’t do so. Two hours after our check in time, we had to frantically call them to get the code. Then, there were no soaps, dishwasher soap, shampoos, etc provided by the maids, though they did leave a tip envelope!! We requested that they provide these, and to knock right away to let us know they were there. They did provide them, but just dropped off a big package in front of our door without knocking. Then, it was an industrial size package with a lot of stuff, branded with the PM’s branding, and very environmentally wasteful and hard to use packaging. To add insult to injury, the PM company started aggressively emailing and texting us numerous times from the day before our departure to insist that we let them know the minute we check out. The PM ended up leaving a bad taste in our mouths after what was really a lovely stay.

Fantastic!

Beautiful views off the patio and master bedroom overlooking the golf course but was still private and very quiet. Great for stargazing. Easy access to restaurants and activities. One of my favorite places I have stayed at.

Great Moab Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. Great location that is just off the beaten path of town to feel quiet and peaceful, but close enough to everything we wanted to do in the area. The view was incredible! The home is very comfortable and has everything you need to stay in and cook meals as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable stay

The property was hidden in a golf community, so it was quiet and scenic. Even though we didn't receive check-in instructions ahead of time, the host quickly responded to my request and rectified the situation immediately. The only thing I didn't realize from the photos is that the bathroom is a "Jack-n-Jill," so we ended up sharing with our daughter. While two separate bathrooms are shown, one is downstairs and the other is upstairs with the bedrooms.

Hiking Moab area

The place was as listed. It was a quiet place to come back to after hiking all day. We had a lot of room and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need to cook with. We would come back again.

Awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds. Wi-Fi speed could be improved and some dirty dishes left in cabinets from previous guests. But the positives definitely outweighed any negatives which weren’t a big deal.

Nice place close to town

Clean and roomy. Location was great. We were a little surprised that we weren’t able to park our trailers in the parking lot but there was space on the main road just before the complex. There was room in the garage for the Rayzor with the jeep in the driveway. Then two trucks with trailers parked on the road. It was great to be able to have the dogs with us. Overall a great place.

Great location comfortable stay

easy place to stay looking over the lovely green golf course very comfortable - better than the photos (except bathrooms which were as shown - functional but not glamorous) main bedroom upstairs was huge - great views to the distance clean but could have been cleaner - particularly windows. We ended up cleaning one window ourselves. And upstairs sofa not vacuumed Straightforward communication with hosting company throughout - from booking to access etc Not a huge fan of being reminded of check out time or being asked to click link on departure, but understand need for cleaning staff to access. a bit of noise from the building next door when new people arrived there. Probably to be expected in this style of accommodation. overall very comfortable stay would recommend

Great stay in Moab

The condo was a great place to stay for a week. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed (plus a lot more). Beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure, the internet was fast, appliances and kitchen were nice. I really liked having the couch in the master bedroom. It gave us an extra place to relax. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Moab Retreat

Enjoyed the location, nice views of the golf course and the red rock hills. Quiet area, away from the hustle and busy downtown streets. Found this property comfortable, had everything we needed, my husband enjoyed the pool. The one drawback was the aging maintenance, carpeting was old and appeared unclean, heating/cooling system was very loud, washing machine worked just fine but sounded like it was on it’s last legs. The original quality of this unit was apparent, the art work was lovely but it’s current condition appears to be one of owner neglect.

Desert solitaire.

We loved our stay at the condo on the golf course. The condo was very well stocked and met all our needs. Sharp knives and great pots and pans. We have stayed at others that were not well stocked. Enjoyed grilling on the grill at night and watching the shooting stars. Pool was fantastic and refreshing. Hope to stay again soon.
