Would highly recommend this hotel! The staff was amazing. The decor and vibes were perfect. The pool area was relaxing and peaceful. The bed was super comfortable and all for a great price!

The service desk was over the top wonderful! Whatever you need help with, they are right on top with it. Alll we can say is thank you to everyone for such a wonderful stay❤️😃❤️

Parking was great. General appearance of the property was good. There were some issues that could have been addressed pro-actively such as gas fire pits were not operational, apparently never been connected. No ice, refrigerator or microwave machine on first floor. Drain blocked in shower reported on first day, never repaired after 4 days. Some suggested improvements are mount the TV in the center of the bed, or put a swivel mount, it was located in the corner of the room. Replace the record player with something useful like a mini fridge. Perhaps install a bar, there is already a perfect location for it. Joules and the female manage were very pleasant and helpful, the other two employees not so much. We would certainly come back if these issues were addressed.

Probably one of the top 3 cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in, bed was super comfy (not stiff or too soft), the hot tub and sauna/overall pool area were amazing!

The "minimalist" hotel idea was lost on us. No refrigerator or hairdryer in room. Very little lighting- like being in a cave. Room was clean.

The staff was wonderful. The General Manager, Hamid, extended us courtesies above and beyond what was required. The front desk lady, Jules, was terrific- so friendly and helpful. All of the staff were exceptional.

Great hotel. The design is the rooms is rather unusual but beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I could have wished for was a closet. We would definitely come back.

The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, and the design of the hotel was fun. However, the experience was overwhelmingly negative due to crucial functional failures and deceptive practices. The most shocking issue was the bed sizing. We paid for a King but were provided a bed that seemed smaller than standard. The front desk staff even admitted that their "king size beds feel smaller than a standard king," which is unacceptable as bed sizes are standardized. This felt very deceptive. The comfort level was non-existent. The building is clearly a renovation of an old hotel. The AC/heater unit sounded like it was original to the building and was insanely loud all night. We had to turn it off and sleep warm to get any quiet. The rooms are tiny and lack basic functionality: Zero Storage: There are no dressers or closets, forcing us to live out of our suitcases for the duration of the stay. Missing Amenities: There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms, only one communal unit per floor. Poor Bathroom Design: The bathroom is poorly lit, has zero countertop space, and shockingly, no lock on the door. In summary, this is a case of complete style over substance. The design is eye-catching, but the fundamental comforts are missing. I would not recommend staying here.

Place is beautiful and new. Pool and hot tub are excellent. Staff were very good! Only issues were dark bathroom(very low lighting) and no closet, drawers or luggage holder.
