Beautiful surroundings in Moab. We had the presidential suite. Had an air hockey table in it. Kitchen was great to have. Parking was easy. Only thing is our unit was facing the main road so road noise can be an issue if you are a lite sleeper or have kids that have a hard time with road noise. Otherwise everything was great. Great sized pool. Included daily hot breakfast. Great for a quick grab and go before you hit the trails.
This resort was awesome! The staff that we encountered during our stay were so friendly and helpful. My husband and I booked a presidential suite. The room was incredible and much more than I was expecting. My only complaint is that the presidential suites in Building A: Balanced Rock were right along HWY 191, and were noisy with traffic at all hours. The bedroom is located on that side of the building as well, so even more noisy, but it was not something that was unbearable.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Cleanliness
Not the tidiest/cleanest
We unclogged a large wad of a previous guest’s hair from the shower drain. There was a corner of the kitchen dining area on the other side of the wall where the phone was that was dirty, including some time of small black rubber circular band or plastic ring. The staff was very friendly, and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.
Great location very close to Moab and Arches National Park and only 40 minutes to Canyonlands. Nice room with everything I needed including kitchen items. My only complaint was noise from the room above me. I could hear footsteps constantly until 11pm or later. Luckily I had a white noise machine with me.

Beware of overbooking and long waits
They did not have the room we reserved or one to accommodate 3 people. They offered two studios in separate buildings. The worst part is the desk cannot help with reservations. All reservations and room inventory is handled through a third party 800 number. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to get an initial answer and then on the phone for 2 hours to try to find a resolution. Most of that was also on hold. Eventually, the 800 number was able to help book us a room at another unaffiliated hotel in town luckily.
Very clean! Pool as heated and extremely clean. Hot tubs were great. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Kitchen had everything needed, rooms very comfortable.
The reason for my poor rating is that two hours prior to check in we received a call from the third party scheduling company that our reservation for a one bed presidential suite could not be honored and we were downgraded to two studio units. I had made the reservation and paid for it over two months prior and had confirmed with the property two days prior. I spent the remainder of our drive trying to figure out what to do. They ended up placing us, a family our four with two young children, in two separate units three doors apart. We spent our time cramped into a space meant for two people with four and had to sleep one parent in separate rooms with each child. This significantly impacted our trip and we left a day early. The onsite staff couldn’t do anything to help or change the situation. I find it unacceptable that we were notified of this two hours prior to check in, when we were already on our way. Had I known in advance I could have made other arrangements or canceled. No one was able to answer my questions about what or how this happened. And the front desk shared this happened to at least one other group that same day. The property was beautiful and well maintained but if they can’t guarantee what you reserved and paid and think it’s ok to change it hours before you arrive I can’t recommend this place to others.
We had the presidential suite. Excellent condition and lots of amenities. Great for a long stay and family or group of friends

Don’t stay here
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Hotel management overbooked rooms and we drove 6 hours to be told we couldn't stay in the room we booked AND already paid for. They tried to move us to smaller room that wouldn’t work for our family and then moved us to a different hotel. Hotel we stayed at was much smaller and didn’t have amenities we wanted. Also it was much cheaper than what we paid for and we were told they would match what we paid or go above. Terrible way to start our family vacation. Staff told us management overbooks ALL THE TIME. Horrible practice. Need full refund and I’m sure that will be difficult too.
very spacious suite, with full kitchen. large soak bath tub. a game room with air hockey!
great breakfast.
new and in great shape.
highly recommended. will stay here again!
Loved everything about our presidential condo and this resort. Beautiful, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was great and so were all the grills and fire pits.

Beautiful location in Moab. Staff was nice. Room was clean. However, they charge $10 per night for wifi. At this point, any hotel that nickles and dimes you for wifi gets dinged down in my book. Great phone service so just setup your mobile phone as a hotspot.
Wonderful experience: Convenient lication to Moab and natl parks; friendly, helpful, efficient check-in; new buildings with immaculate 1-BR condos; super-comfortable bed; well-appointed kitchen; in-condo washer/dryer; upscale bath products; great mountain view from spacious deck; large heated pool with 3 large hot tubs; easy and efficient check-out process (text). Also: Very convenient to off-site EV fast chargers.
