Convenient to cruise port. Very nice room, the view was great. The check in was fast, it took less than 5 minutes to check in. The only issue we had was the next morning when we went down for breakfast the front desk lady, Kelly, said she didn't show we had breakfast vouchers. I had to prove to her we did. She acted snoody towards us, like we didn't belong there. Other than that everyone else treated us with the upmost respect and were very professional!

I booked this hotel because the site said that they have a jacuzzi and a pool. They were both under renovation. This was really disappointing. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper had I known.
