Die Fewo ist ebenerdig, kurzer Weg zum ausladen. Die Wohnung ist komplett und geschmackvoll eingeric

Pros: Die Fewo ist ebenerdig, kurzer Weg zum ausladen. Die Wohnung ist komplett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Neue Küche, neues Bad. Wunderschöner Balkon, Stühle Auflagen, Sonnenschirm alles vorhanden. FahrradGarage vorhanden. Cons: Zum Fahrradfahren für ältere Personen eher ungeeignet (am Berg/steil) es sei denn man fährt mit dem Auto und den Fahrrädern ca. 1 km zum Möhnesee runter, dort kann man gut Fahrradfahren.
