This newly renovated apartment near the beach of Puerto Rico (15 minutes walk away) offers a view of the town, an outdoor pool, free WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine (capsule machine and moka pot).
The apartment consists of a bedroom (double bed) and a living room with a sofa bed that offers enough space for one adult or 2 children to sleep, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
A baby cot is available on request (free of charge).
Hair dryer, toiletries (soap, shower gel and shampoo, detergent), bed linen and towels (for showers and towels for the beach) are also provided free of charge.
The shopping center with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. is also only about 10 to 15 minutes' walk away. The bus stop and a clinic can also be reached in 10 minutes.
Free public parking spaces are right outside the front door.
Amadores Beach can be reached in around 5 minutes by car and Puerto de Mogan in around 10 minutes. It takes about 35 minutes to drive to the airport.

Sehr zufrieden
Frisch renovierte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Nah am Zentrum und am Strand, trotzdem ruhig. Alles da was man braucht. Gastgeber ist super nett, antwortet schnell und unkompliziert. War nur zwei Tage da aber sehr entspannt. Gerne wieder!
